The property is located close to beach when using passes to access beach through nearby resort.
For the price, Alonaland Resorts Apartelle is a value. Our family of 4 (parents and teens) booked a 2 bedroom cottage which was very spacious and roomy. It had an outdoor kitchen in the patio with cooking utensils and pots available. The place was clean except for the ants infestation. Customer service was good except for all the deposits they asked for: deposit for using the kitchen and deposit for the access passes to the beach through neighboring hotel. The high end resorts in Panglao Island are really pricey, so if you need a place to stay for a reasonable price, Alonaland will do.
Inexpensive, no-frills but still adequate old-looking standard rooms (resort has other room categories which I did not stay at) but with all the essentials (old but flat screen tv with good selection of Cable channels, very good wifi, an efficient but old small fridge and a decent bathroom but no toiletries; so must bring your own soap/shampoo etc..). There even is a small in-room safe. The high point of this small resort are the gardens and swimming pool both of which are rather good and well maintained. Location is very good for Alona beach "almost beach" with a weird access through another, far more expensive resort.

Hello , Yes we have few gatepasses for the shortcut.,But for very young persons is also 500m on the mainroad not so far . We appreciate your feedback and will look into these issues.
