Everyone was very nice. Room was clean. Great location.

Concierge made us reservations for 50 wedding anniversary at SalsiPuedes! When we arrived they greeted us warmly & led us to a table they had decorated with lots of fresh rose petals! Good & atmosphere was great also! Vmery helpful sta ft!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf, although it was short and sweet, but it convinced me to head back to it at the end of my trip. The room was great, and they upgraded me without even asking to a nice suite. Everything was furnished beautifully. Didnt get to check out any of the amenities like the pool, spa, dining area, or gym. Wifi was great though, important for a foreigner traveling abroad.

My room was comfortable, nicely decorated, has more than enough room, and a decent view. It was a very good location and within walking distance of my favorite restaurant, Tinajas. The staff was excellent, in every part of the hotel- including all of restaurant/ bars, the front desk, the front door...my turn down service the night before checking out was the icing on the cake. Such a thoughtful and very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!!!

its not America wifi has its problems was kinda in a rough part of town but over all I loved panama

Hotel is really nice and quite, pool deck is also good to take a break and relax.

Great hotel, nice architectural design. Great location. Defenetly your money's worth.

The room was nice and the location is ok. They have a complementary car service that takes you anywhere within 2 kms. The pool was very small and with a terrible view of some ugly buildings and construction. We didn't like the breakfast buffet, soggy eggs benedict.

I thought it would be much better because of the name. Too expensive for what I got.

As always, stay in this hotel is pleasant whether you are traveling for business or for pleasure, always you get satisfaction.

Pros: Room was very well maintained and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Walking distance to shopping mall and was very happy to have the Nespresso machine in the room for coffee in the morning. Cons: There's not a spectacular view and the pool wasn't anything special either. There was major construction happening across the street so it was somewhat noisy but that was ok since we weren't in the room all day.

We were upgraded to an ocean- view room. The room was very comfortable, especially the enormous shower and the bed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the meals we ate there were wonderful. The location was perfect as we wanted to walk by the ocean. There were lots of amenities in the area; some of them good and some of them not so good. On this 3 week vacation, we stayed at 3 different large chain hotels. The Waldorf Astoria is the only one that we would recommend.

The hotel had everything I could expect, good food, friendly staff, neat and clean with plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. The only think which is not the responsibility of the hotel is the outside area streets are a little scruffy. Otherwise it was delightful. Tom and Karen
