THE ROOMS ARE LIKE GOING BACK INTO THE EARLY 2000'S - THIS IS NOTED BY AN OLD COILED BED, LOOSE TILE IN THE ROOM, OLD LIGHTING, AND THICK TVS... NEEDS AN OVERHAUL BIG TIME!!! FOOD WAS GOOD

Everything a tourist may need in the hotel and out side is in your hand. But the tobacco smell from the casino made my nights miserable, I am allergic to tobacco smell, otherwise excellent!

There was a group of us staying in Panama City at different hotels. Decapolis would not allow any of our friends up to visit without paying $100.00. These friends were businessmen from USA. Horrible policy and embarrassing.

As soon as you arrive you notice service is terrible as bell boy stays at the top of the stairway just watching you carry your luggage. Sliding doors did not work so they were openning them manually with minimum effort. At the room cable wasn't working, after dialing for 20 minutes to report it I finally had to change again and head downstairs to ask for someone to fix it since nobody licked the phone. To my surprise in a 20+ floor hotel there was just 1 reception clerk working.... therefore as much as he rushed, waiting time was absurd 45 mins to report a mal functioning cable?! Common!!! After reporting my cable... waited 2 hours and nothing happened, nobody called or showed up. Decided since it was my only night at Panama i'd better have a good time next door at the Hard Rock Hotel (from start to end a whole different story). The morning after I realized shower did not close correctly and after I finished my shower it would not stop dripping. Once again headed downstairs to report it and surprise surprise!!! Again only a single clerk at the front desk and a huuuge waiting line. Decided i'd better proceed with my check out and get going instead of loosing any more time or patience. Terrible experience. Never comming back!!!

Very good staff and service except for my first morning breakfast when the service was lacking. The other days were very good.

It was amazing, everything was what I expected, I would recommend it to my family

The Radisson Decapolis is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It is comfortable, convenient and has every amenity you could want. The restaurants are excellent. The bar resembles something out of James Bond - very cool!

Good value and service. Airport pickup went like clockwork.

almost perfect hotel: kind people, confortable bed, clean rooms, nice pool, nice restaurants, good food, convenient location, but bathroom should have a normal door. Glass doors do not give necesary privacy. Very inconvenient. Unconfortable. Bad taste.

We went on a couple tours, which were outstanding. We spent time in the casino which was connected to the hotel by a breezeway. Restaurants were a little expensive, however it was worth it. There isn't any doubt that not if but when I return to Panama I will be staying at this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel as a pitstop on a long driving journey. More frequency in the trips the shuttle makes to the airport would be nice. The food in the fusion bar was amazing and the decor is very fitting for the region. The check-in is a bit tedious.

I have been vacationing in Panama for the past 10 years. I would Saw Decapoli is the best hotel in the city in the best value. There is a construction boon in Panama city with a lot of new hotels but, Decapoli is centrally located and the staff is really good. There is a brand new hotel in the city called RIU and I went inside but, its too pricey for what you get. Decapoli I think has the best value. I recommend getting a suit on the 27th floor overlooking the bay. That's what I do when I go. The rooms on the 29th floor are noisy becuase of the air conditioning system on the roof.

I stayed in a suite on the 25th floor with a nice view of the city. Hotel was nice but the furniture was not comfortable. The sushi bar does not really serve sushi and the room had a ceramic tiles for the floor, which gave the room a cold feel. The location is nice though and the DJ at the pool at night brought in a young hip crowd. This is not a family hotel.

We were unaware of the dress policy and werent allowed to go to the bar or restaurant. Very unhappy with the way we were treated because of it.

Decent views, decent location. Next time I might stay at the Intercontinental...

There is no complain at the hotel, everything worked out perfectly.

The Decapolis was absolutely a great pick! Great value, great service. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to beautiful Panama!

If you are looking for a modern hotel with all the amenities this is it. Very chic design with a great location in the city. Great martini bar for which the hotel gives $20 voucher/night. Nice spa at reasonable prices. Pool is small but very cool and loungy. I am generally a very picky traveler, but I really cannot say a bad thing about the hotel except maybe that the concierge was pretty terrible. Think it was like his 2nd day on the job when I was there.

This was my first stay at the Radisson Decapolis and because it was only one night, didn't fully utilize all the amenities of the hotel. Check in was a breeze and the room modern with a view of the bay. The bathtub could have been larger but overall the room was comfortable. Internet access in the room was good and the business center and staff very helpful. The bar next to the front desk looked like a happening spot as well as the lounge next to it. The hotels' restaurant - Fusion, has a good buffet breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for short stays, especially for business since it is near the financial center and shopping.
