Spacious 923 square foot 26th floor condo in Tidewater Beach resort has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. There are two twin bunk beds. The condo is furnished with traditional style furniture. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, a sleeper loveseat and 65" flat screen TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a smart TV with DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor and carpet, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Our resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

There is one time $35 resort fee payable directly to the resort and extra guest fee for parties larger than 3.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Host was awesome sending local things to do. Unit was comfortable, clean, washer/dryer was so handy. Views from the patio were amazing, we saw dolphins, fish and the coolest manta rays along with magnificent sunsets. Several walkable restaurants and a nicely equipped kitchen. Easy parking. Do everything or nothing. A very relaxing stay.

Perfect stay! The unit is spacious, was clean, and the view is amazing. Owners are very responsive. We encountered an issue with the AC the first night and they did not hesitate on correcting it - sending service for repair promptly. It did not hinder our experience at all. We enjoyed the beach and pool and at our return it was fixed. First time in this condo and will gladly return to it.

DON’T MISS THIS ONE! My only hesitation was the 26th floor (never stayed that high), but once we got there it was worth it… all you see is water & all you hear is waves. So peaceful! The condo is spacious with the master bed & bath bigger than some houses we’ve rented. The bunk bed has its own space & a bonus large full bathroom-perfect for our teen. I mean, not having to share a bathroom, score!! I appreciated the simple, tasteful decor. No reason to compete with that view from the floor to ceiling windows. The balcony was a perfect size, room for sitting with a cocktail, coffee, or even a meal on the 2 round tables. Tidewater is a perfect location, close to the “Y” and Winn Dixie for groceries & supplies. 24 hour security. And the wristbands are used to scan in/out of all areas including on/off the beach. Very safe. The on site theater was a fun bonus for family movie night. Host Max is awesome, quick to respond. The condo is so comfy & had everything we needed. Thank you for the beach chairs & the luggage stand- didn’t have to keep the extra suitcase on the floor:)

There were no clean towels. There were dirty sheets on the bed. The bed had not been changed. Dirty towels and sheets piled up in the bathroom. There was half a roll of toilet paper. EXCELLENT View of the beach. Breathtaking! Very spacious property. Perfect location. The owner was responsive about the issues.
