This Gulf front unit, has over 1,375 square feet of living space, features a private balcony with breathtaking and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters. Newly updated with daybed and trundle! Kitchen is beautifully updated as well! This beautiful condo comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests and is ideal for a large family getaway. With its fresh interior and easy beach access, this is truly the setting for your dream vacation. Regency Towers offers a host of amenities: two very large and beautiful pools, one of which is seasonally heated, volleyball, hot tub, poolside cafe, billiards room and exercise center.   You'll never be at a loss for what to do next!

As you enter this beautiful and very appealing condo you will find yourself right at home in a well decorated living room with a comfortable leather sectional, which also includes a large TV with multiple streaming apps as well as premium cable channels, so you can watch your favorite movies. Additionally, the dining area has a very large dining table that comfortably seats 8, and if you need a little extra space the breakfast bar seats 4. Just off the living you'll find the balcony with an unobstructed view.  
You'll love the recently remodeled kitchen, which is fully appointed and stocked with all major and minor appliances as well as a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whether you're planning to prepare multi-course home cooked meals during your vacation or looking to grab takeout from your favorite restaurant, you'll appreciate the conveniences of this spacious kitchen.

The spacious owner's suite is situated on the Gulf side of the unit with a king-size bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. There's a master bath with vanity, and a shower/tub combo stocked with plenty of towels. You'll also enjoy the private entry to the beautiful balcony from the main bedroom.

For those of you on a family vacation, you need not worry about additional sleeping accommodations, because this beautifully appointed condo also offers two other fully furnished guest bedrooms plus a cozy daybed area with a trundle stored underneath! The first guest bedroom offers a very comfortable and inviting king size bed and the second guest bedroom has two full size beds. Great Beach Getaway!

Plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy the beach. Really enjoyed the location and layout. Only thing would change is a new bed in the room with both beds as it was uncomfortable. But overall a great stay would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is 10-15 minutes away from all the crowded areas. The resort is a little older, but is very clean and well kept. There were a few minor issues with the room, but when I called the owner she was very kind and had the issues resolved quickly. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved this condo from the amazing sunset views off the balcony with awesome seating to how much room was in the living/dining area. It had absolutely everything my family of 9 needed! Hosts were fabulous, easy to get ahold of and always answered right away! Definitely a 5 star from us and will definitely rent again our next time down here.

Lovely condo for large family

Nicely equipped condo for 3 adults and 5 kids. Owner was super responsive when the TV remotes weren't working (just needed batteries). The pool areas were really nice and we got food from Bikini Bob's a couple of times, the prices were super reasonable and the food was good. One of the elevators broke down a couple of times while we were there, but both times they had it working again quickly. Beach was beautiful with a family vibe. Really, the only negative thing was that the balcony was a bit smaller than at other condos we've stayed at over the years.

Perfect condo!

This is the first year that we have rented directly from an owner so we were a little nervous to begin with. Susan was so incredibly easy to work with and talk to! She put all of our worries to ease. We walked in the condo and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. It had plenty of room for our group of 10. The chairs she has on her balcony to use at the beach were so useful as well. You can tell she puts a lot of pride in her condo and we would certainly book with her in the future.

Amazing views from this condo and so convenient that it is right on the beach. Property also has two pools which was nice for when we weren't at the beach. Susan was a great host -- very responsive. Will stay here again next team we are in Panama City Beach.
