With 1442 square feet of living space and a spacious 248 square foot gulf-front balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Yes, this IS the much sought after 'D' floor plan with two Gulf front main suites, one of the best floor plans on the beach! And, yes, these photos do show the actual unit you are renting from us. No surprises at check in!

Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The Watercrest building was completely renovated in 2016 with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's well maintained and is like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Park in your very own reserved private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. Tennis, shuffleboard and indoor racquet ball courts are also available on property. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. WaterCrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. Many great restaurants, recreational activities and golf courses are located nearby.

This bedroom has a floor to ceiling window overlooking the sea and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The view is spectacular. Enjoy the Smart TV with Roku streaming. This suite has his and hers closets and a linen closet for plenty of storage.

You'll feel like the Captain of the Ship in the second ocean front main bedroom in this condo! This is one of the few floor plans on Panama City Beach with two oceanfront main suites. We call this the Captain's Jade Stateroom Suite because of the jade carving above the luxurious king sized sleigh bed. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding door open directly on to the balcony. The view from your bed is amazing. There's plenty of storage in the walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a shower massage. The Crew's Quarters third bedroom is decorated in the style of an island cottage with bright tropical colors. It has one queen bed and a set of bunk beds for the kids. Persons weighing over 100 pounds should not use the bunk beds. Perfect for a couple and two children or for all the children in your party. Kick back and enjoy your own TV, play a game or read a book.

The third full bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the Crew's Quarters Bedroom. This bathroom has a maple vanity and granite counter top, a tub/shower combination with shower massage and a hair dryer, too.

The laundry closet is adjacent to the third bathroom and has a large stack washer and dryer. Really nice for keeping up with all the wet bathing suits and beach towels! An iron and ironing board are also available for you to use.
Parking permits are purchased through the resort either in advance or upon arrival. You must have your tag info to register. o register in advance please follow the instructions in your check in instructions and use provided passcode to register. There is a limit of 2 permits per rental. No Trailer or Motor Home parking is available on property. Property bands will be on a ring on the backside of the entry door upon arrival. Please return the armbands upon departure. Lost/Stolen armbands result in a $25 charge.
