White Sandy Beach Retreat is a renovated Townhome in a gated resort community, family and pet friendly - 2BR/2.5BA, sleeps 6. This townhome is perfectly placed in a large gated community across the street from the beach. Literally a 5-6-minute stroll through the property to the Pedestrian Gate on Front Street (a 2-minute Bike or Cart ride). Out the Pedestrian Gate and then cross the street to our Private Clubhouse with beach access, a beachfront pool, restaurant, restrooms and sand showers for guests and owners. There is a total of 11 pools (one BEACHFRONT) throughout resort, mini-golf, pickleball, tennis, gym and cornhole. If you need a golf cart rental, just reach out for information. This updated modern beach house features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, fire pit and 4 complimentary beach bikes. Perfect for family getaways offering resort-style living. There are 2 dedicated parking spots right in front of townhome. 24-hour Property Patrol in gated community.

5 star stay! Has everything you could need and more on property. I have very high standards on cleanliness and this property was phenomenal. All the beach necessities, the bikes were a big hit, felt extremely safe in gated community, supplies for all of the activities, and great communication. Will definitely be back with our family!! We were in PCB for a soccer tournament. We didn't have extra time to enjoy the amenities but were pleasantly surprised at everything provided for them. The house was extremely clean and smelled great! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provided a great space and everything we needed. Thanks for the washer and dryer. Logan always went out of the house with clean uniforms on. We had trouble getting in the house with the keypad and Sheila called me and helped us find out that we had locked the door lock on our way out. Sheila is a wonderful host and communicated with me every step of the way before we got there. We will keep her on our list and visit again!
