    Minimum Age: The Splash Resort requires the primary renter to be 25 years old. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
    Policies: In addition to minimum age, the unit has strict policies including "no pets" and "no smoking".
    Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 6 adults. Children under 3 years of age do not apply.
    Check-in: Splash Resort requires a one-time $40 registration fee, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes: One parking pass
    Pool wristbands for guests ages 12 and older
    Each additional vehicle is $40.
    The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.     Elevator situation is horrible really need more elevators. Kids loved the pools, walk to the beach was no far at all, all though could use a ramp, lifting wagons up and down stairs to go to the beach. The cafe has amazing dole whip, overall it was nice!

    Great location, beach, and room

    This resort is in a great spot. It gets a little busy over the weekend, but the beach doesn’t get too crowded. It has a nice cafe, perfect pool area for kids, and a nice bridge to the parking garage. There is a great souvenir shop next to the parking garage. The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The owner was great and it was easy to work things out with him.

    Amazing Stay

    The condo is exactly as described. It was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The setup was perfect with the king bed and sleeper sofa in the main bedroom for us and our little kids. The check in process was seamless and Pamela was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We have already looked to see if we could stay here again but everything is booked. Will definitely stay here again.
