The property was excellent and exactly as described in the listing. The laundry room is well equipped with beach toys, small boogie boards, and chairs for after hours. There were only three small areas of concern. First, none of the sliding glass doors or screens associated with them locked. Not a security concern because the property is up high, but it was challenging to keep the younger kids from going outside without permission. Second, the floor looked clean but our socks and feet were quite dirty the first day and we opted to have everyone keep flip flops on. We are not shoes on in the house family so that was not ideal. Third, something in the house chirped every 60 seconds the entire stay. We couldn't locate the source like a hidden cricket in the house. If you aren't sleeping in the living room it's not a huge issue and eventually you tune it out. None of those items would prevent us from coming back.
