'High on Life" is perfectly situated on the beach side of 30A. So close to Rosemary Beach (literally 1 block) and a 3-4 minute walk to Alys Beach.

Local Restaurants and shops, bike rentals, beach chair rentals, coffee and ice cream shops are all right outside this upscale gated community. Crabby Steve's is on the only restaurant located on the beach that is reserved for High Pointe owners and guests. Great ocean views from this wonderful condo that has such a good "beachy" feel. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with a fully stocked kitchen, GE washer-dryer, 4 TVS, free Wifi, cable, and large balconies overlooking the ocean, pool and rooftops of Rosemary Beach. Quiet top floor/end unit so there is no one above you to make noise.

Rosemary Beach Adventure

Nice relaxing stay!

My family loved our time here. The property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We had plenty of space and enjoyed all the amenities with the pool and patio. The only negative that I think we had was you could tell the property was aging and could use some updates. But that didn't impact our time there at all. We wouldn't hesitate to return another time.

A hidden gem!

We have stayed at hi-pointe numerous times and have always loved our stay - this condo did not disappoint! The condo is super spacious and welcoming. Yes, there could have been some cosmetic updates as others mentioned, but I would argue that the condo is updated even since the listing pictures were taken. You cannot beat the location to the beach/pool/restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Trip

The condo is perfect for a family. Had all the amenities inside out outside. Perfect location - right in the center of a lot of activity for kids and adults and a quick Uber drive a way from a few other beaches.

High Point Condos Fall 2022

An older community but still very nice. Walking distance to most Restaurants in Rosemary and has only bar and grill on beach. Large pool and very nice. Our issue was that pool was closed for repair and workers woke us up early each morning. We were reimbursed one night but should have been more. Plan to return next year only if pool is open.

Family vacation

This condo unit is true to the description on website. Spacious and clean. Large dining and family room. We have stayed at high pointe for several years and every condo has been unique. Nice view of pool and Ocean. Would happily stay again.

Communication needs work

The condo was fairly nice. There are multiple outlets that do not work which makes it difficult to charge tech products and kitchen appliances. Additionally, the outdoor patio furtnitire needs updating as it is all rusted out and would pose a hazard to younger kids/toddlers. The most difficult situation was the pool being closed for the entire week we were there. It poked back up at 3pm on the Friday before we left. Although this isn’t the owners fault, the lack of proactive communication and outreach on their part was disappointing to say the least. I would expect regular communications from the condo owners and or the property managers to keep us updated.

This condo was exactly as pictures. Nicely decorate and perfectly located, short walks to the charms of Rosemary and Alys Beaches, including its own Seacrest Beach. The view is great and the condo is spacious. We college roommates had a relaxing, fabulous long weekend. Thank you for hosting!

Birthday at the Beach

Location is ideal, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. High Pointe complex is nice, well kept, very nice pool. Complex hot tub was nice, roomy, but bit over-chlorinated. Unit was not as clean as expected, quite dusty in areas. Needs some minor maintenance in bathrooms (towel bars, door knobs loose, tub drains need cleaning/adjustment. Kitchen was ok, had not seen a coil top range in a while. Beds and furniture was comfortable, except for one of the queen beds was quite "noisy" mattress. Stand alone ice maker was nice touch, but was frozen solid upon arrival, took two days to unthaw, then worked fine. Sliding doors to balcony need maintenance, very heavy and difficult to open. All in all, nice place to stay, just needs a little TLC.
