The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

This gorgeous 2-bedroom, gulf-front condo, which sleeps 6, looks out directly onto the sugar sands and the Gulf of Mexico.  Enjoy the Beach Service which is included in this rental.   Sip your morning coffee as you watch wildlife on the beach, and return for cocktails to watch the sunset reflected in the crystal water. The condo itself features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each featuring a flat-screen TV, and free wifi. Amenities include 2 large swimming pools (one heated in winter)  and 2 hot tubs. The poolside deck features plenty of lounge chairs and a Tiki Bar.

Summit Beach Resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants. Hammer Head Fread's is right across the street, and many others are less than a 10-minute walk or a short drive away. Family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Water Park are within 5 miles, as well as multiple beach supply stores such as Alvin's Island and Sunsations. Less than five miles away at Saint Andrew's State Park, you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island, or enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Construction right outside our bedroom window woken up at 5 every morning. If i had known months ago when i booked the room would have asked for a different room. Cleanliness was awesome , charge ports didn't work very well. Paying almost 4 thousand for a wekk we shouldn't had heard anything

This condo is remodeled, nicely decorated and had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and a beautiful view! We had a minor issue with one of the bathroom sinks not draining properly but it was fixed quickly. We would love to stay here again! ❤️😎

Long story short, my husband I were planning a trip to Vegas with our team but unfortunately we didn’t win and then my dad asked us to come to PCB, we said why not, dads not getting any younger and we haven’t been on vacation with dad in a while. But all in all a very good trip I got to spend time with my sisters which we don’t do enough. Thank you for supporting us to do so.

What an awesome mini-vacation!! Great location, great condo, loved the larger balcony since on the corner so we had extra windows and another sliding door. Would loved to have the floors mopped - they were pretty yucky. Would have also loved a few more kitchen utensils (knives for sure). Beach access was fabulous with the extra walk-way down into the sand. Made the use of wagons MUCH easier. Pool music, hot tub and lots of space at the pools was a plus!

The condo was not clean, hardly any supplies as in cooking utensils, hard to communicate because it was via email, the condominium only had 4 elevators with 15 floors, not a good part of town, very disappointing
