Sun Kissed

We stayed in this unit for spring break. We had an amazing time.. The unit was full of things to do as well as the bikes were also very helpful.. This location is close to a lot of spots in walking and riding bikes really good restaurants close to Rosemary amazing public beach access. The house was exactly like the pictures very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. House was extremely clean no complaints. Lots of space.!! we loved this and would definitely come back 10/10 post was amazing easy to ask questions about response responses no issues!

This home is spotless, and I loved the fact that it was 15 mins from Panama City and 30 from Destin. It's a great place to stay if you are planning to go to Panama or Destin for vacation.

The house was lovely, clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. The EV charger was great plus. The kids loved playing pool and hanging on the rooftop playing cards. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

House is fantastic. Large rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked. Gourmet kitchen! Only complaint was location and I should have paid more attention to it. Crossing 98 to go to the beach was a bit nerve racking on bikes. Very cool house and 4th floor was fantastic for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

Great Stay

We had a great time at Sun Kissed and Jake was a great host. They house had every luxury amenity you could imagine and makes a great luxurious stay. The location is a short walk to the beach, quick drive if you want to play golf and a very short drive to Rosemary Beach. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed at Sun Kissed with a party of 10 and had the best time! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kids had a blast, and we loved how family-friendly the space was.The rooftop area was a major highlight—perfect for sunset views and morning coffee. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and restaurants.The hosts were responsive and made everything super easy.

Beautiful home and just minutes to Rosemary Beach! We had a great time here. We had some unfortunate weather over the weekend and much of our time was spent indoors, luckily there was more than enough room and activities inside the house to keep us comfortable and entertained. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with a larger group!

I am a vacation rental connoisseur and I don't do repeats, but I would rent this property again without hesitation. There was something in the house for young and old. Lots of stairs, but we did not feel overwhelmed. Amenities galore, the place was very clean, well maintained. We had a blast.

Piece of Paradise in 30A

If you are looking for a comfortable family property with games and activities, this is your Home! Home had plenty of rooms and beds for my party, kitchen was fully equipped as we cooked all of our meals at the house with state of the art appliances and cookware, has a pool table, ping pong, fire pit, cornhole, putting green, even karaoke so if you're like my family and quite large and want to just chill after a long day out in the sun, this is your Home! Also management is so EASY and quick to work with. I send a message, they respond back within minutes, can't speak highly of Coast management. We are definitely looking forward to working with them again!

GREAT vacation home!

Great vacation home for our 2 families of 10! The owners were very easy to work with and communicate with, very friendly and informative! The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the public beach access, a lot of restaurants and stores. The beach access is not walkable with your beach gear, but you can jog over (we did some morning runs), bike over, and definitely load up the car and drive over within a few minutes (we drove over to unload family and beach stuff, then my husband dropped the car off at the house bc it was packed and biked over). The main kitchen was adequately equipped and very nice. I cooked every evening while we were there during our week long stay. I did wish there were scissors, sharper knives, more dishwasher pods (only had 2 pods and we had to buy more), and better frying pans. The fridge put out very little ice and the water spout was not working well at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Also we were only provided with 2 laundry pods and no dryer sheets. LOVED the amenities - pool table, ping pong, putting green, bikes, and beach equipment. The rooftop is to die for! We hung out a lot up here, especially during the evenings. Although the tv did not turn on for us, it didn't bother us. Honestly the ONLY "bad" thing was the amount of stairs! Be ready to burn some major calories hiking it up and down the stairs! Overall, an amazing vacation stay for us and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
