Booked last second. Not the property owners fault, but the only eating drinking establishment withing miles was a gay bar across the street...hours 8pm-4am...not something a family is going to visit. Leaky roof, loose window (about to blow out). All that being said... beautiful views, beach and pools weren't crazy busy. No restaurant or bar on property. Pretty annoying. Probably a great place to live, but to drop by for a week...would t do that again.

The actual surrounding property seemed kept up and maintained, which was nice. The lobby area looked good. The actual unit we rented however was INCREDIBLY outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The carpet looked nasty and felt dirty. Nothing worked — the keurig coffee maker didn’t work. The water in one bathroom never got warm (had to take cold showers). The toaster was broken. The tile felt sticky. The mirrors and bathroom sinks were dirty. It was clear that the bare minimum goes into keeping this unit maintained

We’re not a picky bunch when we travel, but we expect to receive what we’ve paid for, especially $3,000+. Overall, the hotel is great. There are a few things that I’ll mention that, as a guest, I’d want to know about. You can’t purchase things from the shop in the lobby with cash, it’s card only. Check kitchen items when arriving, wash before using (inside of cabinets hadn’t been cleaned and it’s just a good practice when traveling). There is one elevator per tower (we stayed in B). The hot tub only accommodates 4 people at a time. The two pools were nice. We stayed during one of the busiest times of the year for July 4th, so it was very crowded wherever we went. There is also a one-time registration fee that isn’t handled during booking with Expedia, this is paid when arriving to hotel (we were unaware but I’m sure it was listed somewhere in fine print). The biggest and ONLY issue that could potentially keep us from returning to this resort occurred while out on the actual beach. Unfortunately, we butted heads with the chair rental guy and were harassed DAILY. Very rude, offensive, doesn’t take “no” well, and even had a condo owner harass us as well (police were involved). The condo owner that he recruited to help him actually hit me in the stomach (I’m 9 months pregnant) and called us “damn hillbilly rednecks”. We will take our money elsewhere next time we visit PCB.

Beautiful pool area and beach access. Lobby is freshly renovated. Great views from the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaints are that we had to wash the bed linens that were clearly not laundered before we checked in and the fabric on the couches in the living room also did not appear clean. Otherwise, great kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and master bedroom view.

Summerhouse was great. Nice rooms and kitchen. Nice staff. CLEAN. Some outlets didn't work and the main toilet was broken when we got there. Everything was fixed promptly! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Its an older building and need an upgrade, however, the condo had lots of activities and supplies for the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

PCB was 5 stars all around!

Great Condo on the beach! I would highly recommend it to you. Fun area for kids and adults. We plan on coming back.
