The first-floor living area exudes comfort, featuring plush seating, a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a chic dining space reminiscent of Restoration Hardware's signature style. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the Venetian plaster walls to the floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that open to a serene outdoor courtyard. This inviting space includes a dining and lounge area, a natural gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a spacious pool with cascading water features (pool heating available for $400 per week). A cozy king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
On the second floor, you'll find a welcoming lounge area with a 55" TV, perfect for relaxing. This level boasts a luxurious King Master Suite with a spacious walk-in closet.
