Beachfront Bliss in Rosemary Beach – Gulf Views, Private Beach, Walk Everywhere

Welcome to High Pointe Unit 225, a beautifully updated beachfront condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach. This second-floor retreat offers sweeping Gulf views, effortless beach access, and the rare combination of privacy and walkability that High Pointe is known for.

Wake up and enjoy coffee on your private balcony, and spend your days lounging on High Pointe’s private beach, relaxing by the lagoon-style pool, or strolling to Rosemary Beach’s award-winning restaurants, boutiques, and bike paths—just steps away.

Thoughtfully furnished with coastal elegance, Unit 225 is perfect for couples or families seeking a stress-free, upscale 30A escape. From sunrise beach walks to sunset balcony views, every moment here feels like vacation done right.

✨ Gulf-front living
✨ Private beach access
✨ Prime Rosemary Beach location
✨ Walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment

Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork or enjoy a nightly band, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything!

How about a choice of foods within walking distance, with a stroller, that can please "any" palate.
Charlie's Donut Shop (Bakery),
Big Bad Breakfast (a new restaurant next to Rosemary Beach),
La Cocina (Mexican, an award winning restaurant),
Seacrest Sundries (American, Coffee Shop),
George's in Alys Beach (upscale American fare, also award winning),
Caliza Restaurant (Truly upscale, Contemporary, American, Seafood, connected to Alys Beach's exotic oasis pool)
Paradis in Rosemary Beach (upscale dining at it's finest, American Cuisine amid wine-country decor),
La Crema Tapas & Chocolate (Spanish, Vegetarian Friendly, Gluten Free Options and of course desserts),
Edward's Fine Food & Wine (upscale dining, American, Seafood, International, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options),
Shades Bar & Grill (American, in my opinion the best food around),
Donut Hole, you may want to drive to, because it is across Hwy. 98, but less than a mile (this isn't just donuts folks, this is good eating from breakfast to dinner).

We love when our guests come back year after year. It is a destination place year-round. Rosemary and Alys Beach have phenomenal celebrations throughout Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday, with parades, tree lightings and more. Come see what 30-A living is all about.

Beautiful condo - perfect location!

The condo was beautiful, clean & perfect for multiple families as all rooms had their own bathroom! It’s a close walk to the pool & not much further to the beach! The location was perfect for exploring Rosemary beach town as well!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and well maintained. And, you truly can’t beat the location! Everything you need is within walking distance - coffee, shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and ice cream. We also loved having Crabby Steve’s bar on the beach/poolside. We appreciated the security measures and staff on site. We felt very safe. And, High Pointe has a private beach which means it wasn’t over crowded- just two rows of umbrellas during a very busy time of year. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place, relaxing stay

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the property is so lovely. The condo itself was comfortable, full of natural light, had plenty of kitchen supplies, and was super quiet. The property is also quiet but family friendly, and we loved how the pool and beach access were limited to guests only. We would love to come back someday.

A really great place to stay.

This place was the perfect location for our family getaway. We loved the quick jaunt to the pool and beach and pickleball court. The ramp on the beach access stairway was helpful for our wagon. It was convenient to have ice cream, Starbucks, and a few restaurants across the street. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.
