We stayed at the house with a group of girlfriends for our annual get together. It had everything and more that we could need. The beds were super comfortable and house was updated and beautifully decorated! Great location to walk to beach or restaurants and shopping! Host was very communicative and easy to work with! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home. Room for the teens on one floor and adults on the other. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to beach (beautiful, soft white sand with emerald water) and restaurants and shops. Ubers are convenient as needed. Communication was excellent! Questions answered promptly. Plenty of towels for home and beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Lovely stay!

Cozy House

We had 8 in our family group and enjoyed the house and private pool. It was an easy walk to beach and Rosemary Bch restaurants. Dolly, our host, was very responsive.

Perfect family experience

We had a family reunion with families arriving from TX, OH and TN and were all so happy with our rooms, pool area, kitchen and especially the back yard oasis. We left new firewood for the next family to enjoy. Great experience

Bachelorette Getaway

For my bachelorette my friends and I wanted a convenient and chill getaway. This property was perfect in terms of location! We could walk to the beach as well as to the local restaurants. The heated pool was great for late nights dips. Dolly was very responsive and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend as 30a is becoming such a hot spot for bachelorette groups

This property exceeded our expectations! Dolly quickly responded when I had questions before booking just one week before arrival and communicated all the details of the property to perfection. We were a little confused when we arrived in the dark by which door to unlock and Dolly answered the phone on the first ring to help us. We traveled as a group of 4 adult women and we loved each having our own bedroom and bathroom. The home is decorated tastefully and is very clean. We were big fans of the elevator to get our luggage to the bedrooms, glass door refrigerator, Sonos sound system, comfortable outdoor furniture and outdoor lighting. We decided to heat the pool and throughly enjoyed it all weekend. The property is within perfect walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores. We were even able to walk to Alys Beach for lunch one day. Honestly the only downside for us was that the stay was too short. We will return! Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Beautiful property

We loved this property! The house is beautifully appointed and the outdoor spaces are tremendous. Lots of room on the pool deck and in the evenings there is a second patio with a fire pit. The location of the house is great too - easy to get too before all the Rosemary beach traffic but still close enough to walk to everything. Dolly was great with communication and always available for any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend! Not only is the house beautiful and well supplied, the management company was great to work with! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants in Rosemary. The house was also supplied with beach chairs which was a huge perk since half of our group flew in. We will certainly plan to stay here again!

Wonderful

The house was lovely. It was spacious, light, clean, and really wonderful. It had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the fire pit and eating area out back. Dolly was so helpful always with everything. We loved our stay!!!
