Dirty & in need of repair

There were a lot of repairs needed in this condo and a lot deep cleaning needed as well. The rugs were stained and nasty. The sofa needed to be thrown away. The washer had mold in it. There were holes in the shower wall. Nothing looked cleaned like a normal condo does. There was a layer of film all over everything. The microwave had crumbs in it. As far as the actual building, there were a lot of repair people everywhere all the time. Lots of painting and scraping and noise. The elevator takes forever. Our wristbands never worked for the parking garage so we always had to wait for someone to let us in and we say other people having this problem. The beach area was extremely crowded because this building is right next to Pineapple Willys so it’s a popular spot. I do not recommend this area for children. We had a better beach day on the day we went to the state park. Overall we won’t stay here again and we don’t recommend.

Pros- The location was great, right on the beach and close to restaurants and fun activities. The condo was roomy with plenty of room. The resort was nice and clean. Large pool with bar and restaurant right next to it.Cons- The couch with the bed was dirty. The towel bar came off as soon as I pulled the towel off. The refrigerator did not work very well. Food started to go bad because it wasn't cold enough. It also did not produce ice in the freezer. The blinds on the patio door were broken.
