The amenities were just liked expected. Place was big enough where we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Really close walk to coffee shops, beach etc. Would stay again.

Spring Break Was Safe and Fun

Great location, the only place I had to drive was the grocery store and the golf course. You can walk all the way down to Alys and back. Safe, Private, and Cozy.

Was a wonderful experience, walkable to town and beach. Loved having A private pool as well. The air cond wasn’t working on second floor and management noticed, and notified us prior to arriving and already had an ac repair coming. Very helpful Would recommend having extra blankets for use. Would recommend staying here.

Great house for our group

Clean, comfortable, great location. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. It’s beautiful! There are no blackout curtains, so bring a sleep mask.

Enjoyed our Stay

This was the first time we had rented this property, and we enjoyed the location and convenience of having a pool. There were a couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the week. Very happy that it was pet friendly as well.

Restful week at Rosemary Beach

Beautiful house with nice pool. Short walk to the beach. Weather was not the best and beach was closed to soft sand only. No getting in the water. House was well furnished and kitchen well stocked with all cooking supplies we needed.

Fine but not great

We rent in Rosemary every summer and it’s my favorite trip of the year. Although the homes range in size and amenities they have all been charming and comfortable to spend time in. This house was neither. The kitchen was small and lacking a pantry or any place to put food and too small to cook in. The living room was dark, sparsely furnished and felt cheap and there was no other place to sit and have coffee or cocktails! It was weird, like they just through some furniture together that they had in storage, one of the couches seemed to be missing the other section. The prettiest part of the house was the staircase! All and all it was not a place you wanted to hang around and spend time which we like to do when we are in town. The management was nice and location was good but it didn’t feel like a Rosemary rental.

Perfect house for family

Great property close to town and the beach. We rented the main house and the carriage house for our family and friends. The house was very nice and the pool and backyard were perfect for our group. Management team was very responsive and we had no issues with the house at all. It was a great trip!

Great location!

We have vacationed in/at Rosemary area since 1995, just as the neighborhood was birthed. We've rented many homes there and this house is excellent overall! When we arrived, the pool was dirty, with a great deal of sand and debris but the management assured us there had been a "miscommunication" and someone would out asap, they arrived around lunchtime the second day which we felt was reasonable considering the "miscommunication". We had a few minor issues during our stay (flickering strobe-like lightbulb) pool alarm issue, which were repaired very quickly! While the house is a bit beat-up, it is nothing horrible, and what you'd expect with an oft-used pet-friendly rental. We felt comfortable and at home. Seating and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans. Not as much drinkware or storage containers as we would have liked, but I'm sure those tend to "walk away" with alarming frequency! There are no basic salt/pepper staples, so plan for that. There were coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee brand maker.

Perfect location!

The house was beautiful with everything you need for a week at the beach. The beds are all comfortable with very nice linens. We really enjoyed the big screen tv for watching movies. The house is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There were only 3 of us but the house can easily accommodate a larger group.

Great location!

We've stayed in a lot of properties over the years and this was definitely one of the best and as advertised. The house is in great condition for a rental, clean, and everything is in proper working order. Location is a plus too since you are within walking distance to everything. And of course, the private pool is a must!
