Relax and Unwind at Turtle Time PCB! This 3rd floor beachfront beauty located at Regency Towers will be your home away from home!

Turtle Time is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo with the perfect beach house feel. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking views of the beach will have you slipping into vacation mode in no time at all! From the fully furnished kitchen to the gorgeous living area with comfy seating to the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras so you can relax and unwind!

The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed with your name on it! There are two bathrooms each with a shower tub combo for your convenience. In the second bedroom, you will find two full sized beds and in the living room, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, perfect for the extra guest!

This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included in season (March through October), as well as WIFI and basic cable. You will be reminded of just how close you are to the ocean when you step out onto the private furnished balcony and take in the salty sea air!

Regency Towers, one of the most popular resorts in Panama City, it is on the quiet end of the beach, not far from St Andrews State Park, and offers all the perks couples, families, and friends need for a superb vacation. The resort has two large pools on site (one of which is heated) in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, and more! There is plenty of fun to be had and memories to be made without stepping foot off the resort. From sunrise to sunset, this is the perfect place to experience Panama City Beach!

Upon arrival, guests will pay a $40 fee to the resort which covers one parking pass and eight wristbands (an extra parking pass is available for $10). Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after your successful check out.

📢 NOTICE TO REGENCY TOWERS GUESTS
We want to inform you that concrete work on the street-side walkways will be taking place from October 6, 2025, through mid-March 2026. The current schedule indicates that work near this condo unit will occur by the end of December.

🔹 Construction will start on the 14th floor and progress downward
🔹 Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional weekends if needed)
🔹 Expect loud noise and dusty conditions at times

While this may be an inconvenience, all guests will still have full access to the beautiful Gulf views, beaches, pools, grills, and all resort amenities during this time. We appreciate your understanding as we continue maintaining Regency Towers to the highest structural standards.
