When we needed to do laundry, we realized that the washer would not drain and we had to ring out our clothes by hand. Also one of the mornings we were woken up by the maintenance crew working on our door. And even came into our condo while we had women and children sleeping with no warning. I thought that was very intrusive. Also the currents to the balcony were a pain in the butt to pull close. The toilet seat was broken. Just overall I’d give it a 3 stars out of 5.
