Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors.

Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach Gate Access is currently open at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach and the City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access from 10 p.m. through 6 a.m. daily. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas.

YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo.

Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental provided by the beach service company. The beach chairs are on the beach March 01 through October 31, 2026. There are 4 pool bands in the condo. Beach gate access code, internet instructions, instructions to access your beach chairs and contact phone numbers are posted in the condo.

The bedroom and the living area, have access to the over-sized balcony with outdoor living furniture. The primary suite has floor to ceiling windows and a 42" flat screen TV.

There is a king-sized bed in the primary suite. Luxurious and beautifully decorated to give you the ultimate beach vacation! The sleeper sofa sheets and pillows are in the storage benches in front of the living room sofa and king bed in the condo.

Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds await your arrival. The 6800-square-foot lagoon pool features waterfalls and a palm tree island that creates a Caribbean atmosphere. In addition, there are two seasonally heated Polynesian pools and three whirlpool spas. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool.

Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts.
