Amenities and furnishings were good and as described. The beach and pool were great. The balcony view was the best I've had in Florida.

The room was just as advertised. The room has great space for 10 people and a great view. The balcony has a ton of space and the pictures are not misleading. The only issues were overflow parking and the contracts with the chair rental companies. If you bring a tent or sunshade, be prepared to set up by 6:30 to have beach front views to watch little kids. They will try and make you move your tent if you don’t setup where they tell you. The beach is all public property and no one owns the beach. The gentlemen setting up the chairs would become angry and drive past many tents driving fast and turning to throw sand on your things. We had to call the non emergent 911 number and the police came and said we were in the right. After this incident they didn’t set up until 7 and set further off the beach. The place could have provided more towels and especially wash rags for 10 people for a weeks stay, we needed to do laundry every other day.

The balcony was amazing. Beautiful view. The condo itself left alot to be desired. It was not cleaned properly, no door shelves in fridge. Floors were filthy. You could not walk 10ft without having black feet. Bathrooms, we had to scrub them. Linens and pillows on beds were terrible. I went and bought pillows. I will never consider this property again.

The room was great, the pool was only 4ft deep and kind of small, not a big deal since we come for the ocean. The parking garage is awful, hard to park and turn around, it was honestly terrifying. Other than that it was an amazing stay. We parked in the pay to park across the street because the parking gaarage was so hard to navigate. Its probably fine for a small car but an suv or van, forget about it.

The refrigerator door oth in the frigerator area and freezer area had no storage compartments. Found them later nasty in the closet. There was co ing from around the vent in the livingroom area, one of the sinks did not drain well at all. The plug in the kitchen on the counter did not work, nor did the one in the hall on the opposite side. When we got there we had theee tvs that did not work, one in the livingroom and two in bedrooms. They fixed the two bedrooms the next day. They had to replace the tv in the

Family vacation

Well let me begin with we were supposed to check in at 4pm had groceries and 4 small children. The manager told me we could park in our spot and go to beach or pool. The cleaning crew that arrived around 5pm told me I had to move or they would not clean our room. When we got into room it was far from clean they left half eaten food, food on floor. place was filthy (see pics). Elevator broke several times and only a couple luggage carts could be found and elevator very slow when it was working . Told we could park additional car across street it got towed due to no parking passes until late in the evening. We cleaned ourselves and had a good time regardless of property but will never go back to ocean ritz #903

Worst vacation ever

AC went out the second day we was there and didn’t get fixed til the day before we left. Beds had sand in them and everything had to be rewashed. Floors made our feet black from not being cleaned. Washing machine had black mold in it. Parking was atrocious. Only 3 of the five tvs worked properly. Elevators broke down a couple times trapping people in. Swimming pool was nasty dirty.

Very satisfied

We had a great stay. The condo met our family’s needs well. It was 3 couples and two 3 year olds in our group. The balcony was nice and spacious. Plenty of seating. The beds were pretty comfy and overall the condo was pretty clean. We did find a couple random pieces of trash during our stay but they were in odd places like under a bedside table and under a chair on the balcony. Lots of sand toys and a few chairs were there. The pool was mediocre but not what we were there for so we didn’t mind. The last night one of the bathroom mirrors came off the wall but it seemed like just a random coincidence not to the owners fault. The water gets VERY hot very fast. Wish there had been a couple more kitchen towels/rags but really and truly any feedback I have is just minor things. Would stay again.

Horrible parking

The room was okay. There were several things broken upon arrival. The bunk beds, the king bed, and a dresser. If you sat at the foot of the king bed it would flip you out of it. We did report these to the company and was told a maintenance man would come and fix however they never showed. Now my biggest complaint is the parking. I drive a large SUV and our assigned space was so small and up against a pole. My door got damaged from the car next to us parking right on top of us. Thank goodness we didn’t have to go anywhere in a hurry because it took forever to get out of the space. Some people had a golf cart parked behind me at one point and I almost never got into the parking space. These compact spaces should be disclosed when booking. If you have a second car you have to park across the street in the overflow area. Not a problem however if it is peak season you will have to pay to park in the city lot back behind that because there is only about 12 spots for overflow. All in all we would not stay in this condo again just because of the parking. The pro is the elevators are extremely fast and we loved that. The pool was great also.

Great stay at the beach!

5 Stars!Our recent stay at the Ocean Ritz in Panama City Beach was amazing! The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking—truly the highlight of our trip. The condo was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping it well equipped. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Great!

The condo itself was nice. Comfortable beds. The sofas could stand to be updated. Blinds or drapes for the front room patio doors would have been nice. The afternoon sun coming in made it uncomfortable to sit on the one sofa. Flatware in the kitchen needs to be replaced or at least added to. Only 2 table knives and no teaspoons at all! Replace or fix the tub in the master suite.

Lots of room

Our condo was great size for the 9 of us. Plenty of rooms, and bathrooms. The condo building itself was not too big. The wait time of the elevator was next to no wait, and they were super fast. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Large enough for our party of 10

Great location -Parking is a hassle -if you have 6 adults and 4 kids we had to bring 3 cars and only get one parking spot -the option across the str et would work in theory but the bar patrons or someone keeps the lot full so one of us got to park there one night and the total pay to park bill was almost $200. The one spot underground was very tight and we had different people on both sides many nights who were not as nice and took more than there space - the unit was good and pretty clean but I think the floors could have been swept the vacuumed and then mopped All in all the beds were comfy and location was nice. Had some communication issues prior to our trip but in the end we enjoyed it

Family vacation

The location was amazing! But a little disappointed with the condo. Loved the layout and the balcony was amazing! You could clearly tell that children had stayed in the bunk bed room. We had to wash all the blankets before we could use them. We were very lucky I had taken cleaning supplies with. We mopped all the floors also. The cleaning could very much be improved. Entry door trim should als be repaired, it looked broken from someone trying to enter with the safety latch on. I always braced the door with chairs since it wasn’t very secure!

The vacation we will all remember!

Loved the location, layout of the condo and the beautiful view from the two master bedrooms that open onto the most wonderful balcony ever! It was huge! Our family dined, played games and had devotional times here while enjoying a wonderful breeze and spectacular view! Management was quickly responsive to needs! Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles and extended parking in back fills quickly. Would definitely stay here again and again and again! Loved the Ocean Ritz!

If you’re talking 8-10 people this is the spot , real nice size balcony, the views are beautiful. Like having bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. Location is great had a good time and would do it again.

Girls Trip 2024

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. We hung out at the pool and the beach, walked to several eating places, and made time for some shopping. We especially enjoyed seeing all the motorcycles attending Thunder Beach and the practice day for the Air Show!
