Some spots needed repair or extra cleaning: dust/hair in the corner of the bedroom, toilet seat kept coming loose, things missing from the walls with nails just showing, walls need painting in general, one smoke detector was missing in living room, living room and bedroom furnishings are outdated, refrigerator drips in the back had to put a put in there to catch water
