Perfect house for a large group! We had 13 adults and 4 children and there was room for everyone to sleep and eat. The house is laid out perfectly for large groups and the location on the beach was awesome! We loved the pool and hot tub. This is our 5th year coming to PCB with a large group and this was by far our favorite house. We were a little leery of staying at the east end of PCB (we usually stay on the west end). But, we liked it just as well. There was lots of kitchen utensils, pans to cook in, a crockpot, a coffee pot, 2 toasters, and a blender. The deck gets super hot during the day so just remember to leave flip flops at the bottom of the steps. The house could use black out curtains over the blinds - it would definitely help with keeping the upstairs cool. We ran out of hot water even with staggering showers and laundry. One other thing that would be nice is a crib or pack and play option in the house. There were tons of pillows and the beds were very comfortable. Tons of storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom and beach towels and swimsuits would be a bonus. All that to say, we would definitely rent again. We had the best week!!!

This house was great, very clean and well organized. We loved the beach. The heater in the pool didn't work so we never got a chance to enjoy the pool. The Hot Tub was nice but needed cleaning. We wound up cleaning it our selves. This house would be great for a large family gathering. Tons of beds. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall great experience.

Our group of 6 loved our 8 nights stay at this fantastic house. The only suggestion we have is to supply more blankets in the bedrooms. That would have been much appreciated with the chilly temperatures we had while there.
