Salty Turtles® Beachfront III is the newest addition to the Salty Turtles® collection of beachfront studio condos. Located on the penthouse 8th floor of Top of the Gulf resort, this inviting retreat offers comfort, style, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and resort pools.

The resort features a large gulf-front pool and kids’ pool, poolside snack bar, private beach access with showers, communal balconies throughout, newly updated fitness center, sundry store, lobby lounge, book exchange, laundry facilities, vending machines, shuffleboard and cornhole, BBQ picnic area, and a game room with arcade and ping pong table—everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Inside, the condo has fresh shiplap walls, new paint, updated décor, and fresh linens. It sleeps 4 with two queen beds featuring Casper hybrid mattresses, a full kitchen, full bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, smart TV, USB ports throughout for work or study, walk-in closet, luggage racks, and iron/ironing board. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows let you soak in the surf from your bed.

Start your vacation sooner with an early 3:00 PM check-in—earlier than most rentals. As a special thank-you for booking Salty Turtles® Beachfront III, enjoy complimentary daily beach lounge chairs with umbrella (March–October), a $50/day value, included at no extra cost.


The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. The resort charges a one-time $30 fee upon arrival for one parking pass plus wristbands. Maximum occupancy is FOUR (regardless of age) and will be strictly enforced; any attempt to bring in more people is cause for cancellation/eviction without refund . No pets, smoking, visitors, or parties allowed. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance upon booking.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful trip! We got to the resort early, although we couldn’t check-in early because it was still cleaned. But, they did allow you to enjoy the amenities of the pool, and access to the beach. We were also allowed to enjoy the beach with paid for chairs/ umbrellas from resort! Once we got to our room, it was very clean, with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning! Everyone there was very nice, and friendly! Enjoyed the atmosphere of family and fun, it was a perfect vacation! Thanks

The room was awesome! Great view of the ocean. Would have been even better with an outdoor patio, but still very nice. The only aggravating thing was you HAD to wear a bracelet everywhere on the property and mine was super big on me. I get it’s for security, but as long as I have it in my purse, that should have sufficed.

Wow! The Views...

We had a lovely, relaxing, off-season stay with fantastic ocean views. We could see the sunrise in one direction and the sunset in the other elevated away from any noise. The condo was close to everything we needed (food, supplies, and shopping), but the seaside skies made the memories for our special trip. Have a small kitchen stocked with the essentials made it easy to stay in, and we slept better than we had in months. I will definitely recommend.
