The property met all of our needs! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, starter pack of cleaning supplies/paper towels/toilet paper. We love the Seacrest neighborhood! The neighborhood pool was a favorite with our kids. The tram ride to the beach access was very helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

Palms and Pines was such a perfect home for our 2-family vacation. Lots of spaces to relax and hang-out together...and alone. The kids loved the hammock and someone was always out there either reading a book, napping or just relaxing. The living room was so inviting and just begged us all to gather together there and enjoy each other's company. Bedrooms were plentiful and the porch areas were great. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be looking to stay at Palms and Pines again in the future!

Perfect Girls trip!

We had an amazing time at Palms & Pines. Location, location, location…close to pool, close to shopping & close to bike rentals etc. The entire Seacrest area is so cute, clean & safe. The tram service was awesome & even location to beach was very convenient. The communication was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Great house!

Enjoyed our stay! We had 11 people! Rooftop porch was fabulous! Comfy & clean! The beach was very crowded & we were limited on where we were allowed to set up. Public access beach was great but had to drive. Our first time to 30A & loved it.

Sufficient Family Vacation

The house was perfectly clean, and had plenty of space for two families. Check in was flawless, and the community felt very safe. It does seem like the house hasn't been updated in quite a while though (bathrooms and appliances left a bit to be desired although it all worked). Be forewarned that there is little in the way of household items provided (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, bathroom toiletries) so you'll have to stock up on that yourself. Biggest issue is the location though. There is technically a space to set up your own beach chairs at the spot the tram takes you to, but it was shoulder to shoulder and crammed in like sardines while you stare at wide open "private" beach right next to you. If you don't rent a chair/umbrella set up it's just not enjoyable and even then I would hardly call it relaxing. Maybe it was just a spring break thing, but the pool was also beyond packed and somehow not heated at all so too cold for most to enjoy in early April. Traffic in this area is also chaos. You can get to 30A no problem, but then good luck going east or west if you're planning to get anywhere. Maybe some folks love crowds (mostly teens) everywhere, but it wasn't for us. Again, this was during Atlanta spring break so maybe not a fair assessment, but this was our experience.

Special Birthday Celebration

Property listing did not indicate bathroom location to bedrooms but I should have asked for more information. Listing/pictures for unit did not indicate bathroom location to floor level and individual rooms. The refrigerator freezer was not freezing properly and we lost 2 unopened gallons of ice cream. They do warn about not putting too much in refrigerator as it takes time to cool but this was the freezer. The kitchen dish towels needed a good washing with bleach.

Family vacation

This house was really wonderful for our family vacation. Very well equipped and so very clean. It had all that we needed and is a great location! Close to the things to do and yet far enough for a little privacy. Definitely recommend this property!

We loved Palms and Pines

This house was amazing, even better in person! We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and it felt spacious and all accommodations were very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the top floor covered patio, which was great for hanging out, we watched a thunderstorm from there too! The management company was very responsive with any questions we had. The location is close enough to the beach that walking was not a problem, even though there are trams to take you. If you rent bicycles you can explore the neighborhood and nearby Rosemary and Alys beach. I would recommend reserving beach chair service very early if possible. We loved this house and would definitely rent again!

Great house!

We had a great time, this house was perfect for two families with kids plus a set of grandparents. The tram was convenient but we also sometimes walked to the beach. The pool is close by. Easy bike riding to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Clean and convenient!

Great time

Loved the look and feel of this house. Loved the I tisl set up left by the housekeeping service. Helped those first few days. Checkin was easy and all the communication before hand was so good that I never had to reach out to management. We never used the tram even though you are across the street from the stop. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to Starbucks… the pool was amazing!!!!! I think that was less than 5 minutes as well. Very low traffic road so it was always quite when we were on the porches. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Also for newborn mamas, the master closet fits a pack n play perfectly with a door closed so that was our baby’s room.

Great place!

Our stay here was wonderful. The location was awesome and close to everything (food, beach, pool). Easy to walk to everything and the tram was so convenient to the beach! The place itself was clean, had everything we needed and was great for our trip! Would definitely recommend.

We will not return during spring break!

Although the house was perfect for our stay, the craziness of spring break out a damper on it. Under no fault of the rental owner we were in between two house of unsupervised teenagers who were partying all night in our yard and leaving trash and bikes everywhere. During our stay we had a teenager break into the house and passed out on our couch with blood all over his legs. He got blood on the white couch and the outdoor furniture pads. The situation was taken care of by the local sheriffs office and the rental company of the houses next to us. The rental company for this home did not return my calls and when I finally got ahold of someone (3 days later), they had no idea of what had happened and informed me that I would now have a great vacation story to tell. I would never rent from this company again, they didn’t have any concern about the situation. We had 3 young girls in the house with us and things could have turned out much worse. The owner did cooperate immediately with the sheriffs department.

Family Spring Break

The house was exactly like the photos. We were a family of grandparents, parents, teens and children. Plenty of room for all to be gathered together for meals or games with plenty of “get away” space.

Wonderful Home and Location

We had 8 adults and 6 children all under the age of 6 and this home was perfect. We could walk or take the tram to the beach, a very short walk to the amazing pool, a very short walk or tram ride to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. This was our first trip to Seacrest beach and this home couldn't have been more perfect. It slept all of us nicely, had plenty of balcony space and seating, the kitchen was very well stocked, everything worked perfectly. The property manager was extremely nice and texted us earlier than our check-in time and allowed us an early check-in due to the home being ready. We will definitely be back!

Seacrest Pines and Palms

Have been coming down to RB area for 12 years and always enjoy it This home was fine for our needs and everything went smoothly Very minor issues where that the grill didn’t heat up properly to grill out (burners clogged?) And lightbulbs in front porch all burned out We were told they would fixed “tomorrow” but that never happened As I said, minor issues and didn’t detract from our holiday and would rent the property again!

Very nice for large family vacation.

Very nice house and community. However, the private beach area was a joke. Too small and people packed in shoulder to shoulder. You’re better off driving a mile or two to a public beach. Bring pot holders (none in kitchen), don't plan on watching much TV (all TVs are old and 2 didn’t work).

The best spot in Florida

Our family has been coming to the Rosemary Beach/Inlet Beach area for just a couple of years now, but we feel that this the ideal location to vacation with family and friends. The neighborhood where this property is located is perfection. The house is set up to accomodate a nice sized family with spacious rooms and several outdoor areas to spend your days/evenings. The tram is conveniently located and will take you to the beach quickly, however it did not run many times that we wanted to use it due to unpredictable weather. We wished it hadn't shut down for the day. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for your stay, however the oven and grill desperately needed to be cleaned. The property management company was very communicative with our concerns, but we chose to spend our time enjoying our trip. We would consider renting this property again, but would address any cleanliness issues immediately rather then abstain.

PERFECT vacation spot!

We've stayed in a ton of VRBOs over the years, and I have to say this is one of the very best we've ever rented. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (we were feeding a party of 8 and had plenty of things we needed). There were lots of board games and small conveniences some rentals leave out, like scissors and throw blankets. We used every single outdoor space they have (there are lots!)--they are beautiful and perfect for gathering. The tram is a very short walk, and the pool is too. We loved everything about this spot, and the only thing that could've made it better is if we'd stayed another week. ;)

Seacrest Beach

Perfect area for teenagers. We had several teens with us and this was a great/safe area for them to be able to come and go with a little bit of freedom. So much to do, wonderful area!
