Panama City Beach is a popular vacation destination that offers a wide variety of activities. Just two miles away from Pier Park, you can find shopping and entertainment options, while Shell Island provides a quiet and secluded beach experience with diverse wildlife.

• Recreational activities such as access to Swimming pools, Hot tubs, Beach, and Beach conditions can not be guaranteed and are subject to several conditions including but not limited to weather, maintenance, etc.
• Parking: 3 parking places in the driveway
• WiFi: Free (available throughout the resort - on the beach, by the pool, and everywhere else!)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking Policy: Strictly Prohibited (A $400 smoking fee applies to ensure a smoke-free environment.)
• Bed & bath linens: Included
• In-home Entertainment: Each TV includes Cable in each bedroom
• At check-in, you will receive 3 parking passes to be placed on the dash of your vehicle.

Please sign the renter agreement and complete the security hold through OwnerRez. Margaritaville requires a form prior to arrival that includes the number of guests/cars. I will send this via email a week prior to your stay.
