We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely be planning to return. Most of my “complaints” are with the property itself. The elevator situation is insane. The wait times for those were definitely longer than my 3 littles were used to. But this unit itself was wonderful.

Cleanliness

Great Condo location!!! Condo was nice but the floors wasn’t clean, need to hire a new cleaning services. Couch in the den area need to be replaced, shower head need to be replaced. Check in process was the Best!!!!

The couch and barstools are worn out and you sink down in them. Not comfortable at all. There is some sort of brown liquid on the lower right side of the headboard and on the floor under the bed. I would have cleaned it but there wasn’t any cleaning supplies. Shower pressure in the master bathroom could be better. I know it’s not of your control but the elevator situation there is awful.

Wow what a great place.The view was nice and overall everything was as expected. Never had a problem so I didn't need to contact the host but the host emailed me and let me know they was just a phone call or email away if I need anything.I highly recommend staying here and if I'm ever back in Panama I'll be sure to book again!!

great!

Amazing location! Beach, restaurants, bars and a walmart all within 5-10 min walking distance. Check in was fast and easy. Place was clean and bigger than we expected! Great for large groups. We had 7 people and it was perfect! Clean and spacious. The only con was that the elevators were slow/hard to grab, but it was memorial day weekend, so it was to be expected. Overall a great stay!

Dirty apartment. The staff was very unfriendly. Broken elevators we had to walk 9 floors. Someone vomit on the hallway and nobody cleaned that for a whole 7 days I was there. Very very poor experience. Nobody cares about anything in this whole place. STAY AWAY.

Entire resort needs upgrades

The unit itself was very roomy for 2 adults and 3 teens. The pools are great, walk to beach is short and could literally walk to nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. Our ceiling in unit was cracked/peeling/falling Sheetrock, washer machine had mold in and around it, a/c unit is terribly loud, sand was in cracks of sofa and the unit is very short on pots/pans and had no oven mits. Owner was made aware of the ceiling and washer machine-she did offer to have someone come out and clean the washer but we didn’t feel like giving up our time on the beach to wait on someone. A cleaning refund would have been more acceptable but that didn’t happen. We also had to walk many flights of stairs as the elevators are super slow (this is a resort issue not the owners fault). But we did see signs up that they will be upgraded soon so that’s a plus.

This was a great location! A wonderful vacation spot! The property manager was very responsive and took care of things right away. There were some things with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the condo that should’ve been handled before hand though.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the stay, very clean. Property was quiet not a lot of noise. As everyone said the elevators are slow but we found the parking elevators were better and not as crowded. The kids had a ball. Adding a little interior homegoods would be a great add. We where only asked to show our wristbands when walking back into the property, which is was fine with me. I wiould stay again.

Unsatisfactory experience

Upon the arrival of the location the initial register was not so bad however once we moved up to the 6 the floor to get to the 9 floor to the elevator where not working so we had to move our suitcase one by one on each floor. Through out the 10 days of stay the elevator where not functional and the condo itself had water damage ceiling and mold was evident. The stair case was very unsanitary and unsafe to be untilize.

Loved It

Needed to find a place last minute to stay for five nights and ended up here. The owner was very quick to respond and helpful for such a last minute booking. My family and I were VERY happy with this place. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated as well. Felt very homey. You can see the beach from the front door as well as the two front windows. The patio overlooks the lake which was awesome and peaceful! This is a great place to take your family. There is a really nice kiddy pool along with four other pools. A few on site restaurants and bars as well as an ice cream shop! And just a minute walk to the beach. The elevators do get a bit crowded on the weekends due to people checking in and out but I feel as though that just comes with it being at such a popular and nice place. I have stayed at a few different condos and hotels in pcb and this one was by far my best experience. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is great but very crowded. Elevators take a while. Pool areas fantastic. Actual room- Spent the entire stay cleaning We cook in for breakfast and a dinner or 2, however we had to buy cookware. My dad used his own kitchen knife to open cans. No rags to wash dishes. Yes, there’s a dishwasher but just because you turn it on doesn’t mean it’ll run! My husband became an expert at fixing the A/C. He averaged having to fix it 5 times A DAY. The sheets were beyond uncomfortable. There’s no where to put clothes unless you want to hang up everything. Apparently the upstairs room has a water tank leaking and has been leaking for sometime to have done the damage to the ceiling that is there. We weren’t able to sit on the very large balcony because the patio furniture ( 2 old chairs and a BROKEN couch) were there to use with very nasty cushions I would t even let a dog sit on! This vacation was very stressful! For the first time ever, I couldn’t wait to come back home!!!

Panama Trip

Place was awesome. Much larger than we had anticipated from the pictures. Patio allowed for a nice view of the water behind us and you can be on the beach in 5 mins. Would stay here again.

Wouldn’t recommend

Place was very difficult to use cause the elevators were so slow it took us about 2 hours just to get our luggage to the room. Room was on the 9th floor so stairs were out due to a elderly family member with us who can’t do stairs. Sheet rock was peeling from the ceiling and the air would never get below 75. Been to Panama a lot and this was our first time staying at this condominium will definitely avoid this location in the future.
