"Sea Salt" es una casa de ensueño para vacaciones ubicada en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones, 6 baños completos y 2 medios y tendrá capacidad para 20 personas. Cuenta con una piscina privada climatizada *, acceso directo a la playa y es perfecto para su escapada a la playa.

El primer piso cuenta con una segunda sala de estar con un sofá cama Queen y TV de pantalla plana. Continúe caminando hacia atrás y verá una cocinita con un segundo refrigerador, medio baño y una puerta que conduce al área de la cubierta exterior.

En el segundo piso, verá un gran plano de planta abierto con una cocina completamente equipada, un comedor con capacidad para 10 personas y una acogedora sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de todo este espacio mientras miran por las ventanas completas y las puertas de vidrio del hermoso Golfo de México. En el segundo piso, en la terraza exterior, encontrará la piscina y una sala de estar ideal para observar las olas y relajarse. Al final del pasillo habrá un medio baño y dos dormitorios con en-suites. Una habitación cuenta con una litera de tamaño Queen sobre King, un televisor de pantalla plana y el baño conectado tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. Al otro lado del pasillo hay un dormitorio de tamaño king, también con un televisor de pantalla plana y una ducha a ras de suelo.

Sube al tercer piso y encontrarás suficiente capacidad para 12 personas. En el lado norte de la casa, verá un dormitorio de tamaño king con una combinación de bañera / ducha en el baño conectado y al otro lado del pasillo hay una habitación con literas Queen sobre King. Justo fuera de esta habitación hay un baño completo y un rincón con dos literas, cada uno con su propio televisor de pantalla plana. Hay dos dormitorios principales, una reina y un rey, en este piso superior que harán que no quieras salir de la casa. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño personal, un televisor de pantalla plana y, lo mejor de todo, acceso directo a un balcón de vidrio amueblado con vista al océano. La suite principal, específicamente, cuenta con un baño grande con tocador doble y una gran ducha a ras de suelo.

The house worked great for our family reunion; it was very clean, the view is beautiful, good lighting, and the communication was easy. Great to have 2 refrigerators. Remember to pack some coffee filters. The only thing we didn’t love is the small couch and loveseat on the main level, (they do not match the photos). We would still return and bring our folding camp chairs again. Notes that might help young parents; a pack-n-play fits in the closet of one bedroom in the front of the house on the main level, plus in the laundry room on the top floor. The mini pool on the deck is great because it is shaded, it has steps on 2 ends, and the deepest part is at least 3.5 feet.

We did have two large roaches in one of the bedrooms and the sliding glass door did not lock but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great fall break

House was on quiet part of front beach, still near gas station and restaurants. Beautiful house, tons of space to hang out, amazing quiet beach - 10/10. Mgmt company was an absolute dream - best I’ve probably ever worked with. Would definitely rent this house again for sure!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of space for 12 of us. Not a busy part of the beach so we were able to relax without a huge crowd. Only a few minutes away from Pier Park. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation for large family

This house was perfect for our fabulous vacation! The location was ideal, no traffic and beautiful beach! Plenty of bedrooms, very comfortable beds, places to gather or be apart, if wanted. The children loved their midday pool time when they needed a beach break. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. This house should be #1 on your search!

Beautiful property for family reunion

This was a lovely house to spread out in for a family reunion. The kitchen was spacious for lots of snacking and cooking, and the living room(s) were also big enough to have different football games on TV along with jigsaw puzzle and conversation. The pool was pretty to look at even though it was too cold to use, and the views of the beach made us feel like we were on a tropical beach!

It was good

This was our second time here. Love the fact it’s on the beach and ample space. I would suggest the owner supplying simple items like a multi surface cleaner, more than 1 dishwasher pod and paper towel roll. Also some extra toilet paper would’ve been nice. Common spices like salt and pepper could be saved too.

Beautiful, large beach house

Beautiful location, plenty of room for my three sisters and our families- 8 adults and 8 kids altogether. There are six bedrooms (two with large bunkbeds) plus the bunk area in the upstairs hallway. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool is small but the heating works well and the kids had a blast. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment, including two blenders. I did wish salt and pepper etc were there because it felt such a shame to have to buy it and then throw it away. The view and beach access were incredible- from the balcony one evening we could see a pod of dolphins playing in the ocean.

Incredible week

My husband and I and two other couples came to relax after dealing with damage from the hurricane. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Had everything we needed in a beach house! And the views were just beautiful! Perfect house, perfect location, and blessed with perfect weather. If I had any constructive feedback to give, it would be that the living room furniture is too small for 6”3 men and too small really for more than six people to be comfortable. However, the beds were top notch! Very comfortable mattresses. And we would definitely rent this house again. The living room furniture would not keep us from re-booking!

Perfect family vacation steps from the beach

Exceeded our expectation! The house is high end, there isint anything that you will need that isn't there. In total there was 14 of us which included 7 kids under 12, there are tv!s in every room including bunks, the down stairs was a great place fior the kids to hang, giving the their own kitchen, bath and game board area.... and the adults some pease and quiet! This is a three story house so you will never feel confined and the back porch off the master upstairs is a great getaway Publix and winn dixie close, The beach is so much quieter at Laguna, your beach chair attendent is there on time and couldnt be nicer. The management company is the best i have ever used, they truely understand customer service. Tyler was always there for us. Dont hesitate to rent SeaSalt it is worth every penny!

Ample space & great location…

We enjoyed our time here. Plenty of sleeping areas, loved the bed/bath ratio, fully stocked kitchen, upstairs balcony area was quaint, logistics were perfect for our needs. The negatives were: dishwasher didn’t work the whole time we were there, we hand washed until it was fixed (day before we left), the alarm attached to the middle level w/ pool (also the main access to beach) goes off w/in seconds of opening, we had someone stay at the button to push it keeping it from alarming the whole time trying to simply get out the door. I wish they would have mentioned Beach construction would have been going on during our stay. We had 2 days of clear beach front, from 2nd night on there was construction noise (all night), trucks & tractors up & down the beach along w/ a huge pipe horizontally covering all parts of the beach; we didn’t have access to the water from that point on…

Beautiful beach front

Everything was great. Loved being directly on the beach. The house was beautiful. And the guest team was very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t love was we felt sand in our beds before we even went to the beach. But that’s part of having a beach house. Sand is hard to get out of linen and mattresses. Also the door out to the pool had a sensor on it that beeped within 12 seconds of closing. So basically every time we left or used the pool theres was a very loud beep. That got annoying and inconvenient but wasn’t worth complaining about and wouldn’t deter us from booking the same place. I’m guessing it was a safety precaution since the pool has no gate around it? Anyways we loved the place and would stay again for sure.

Stunning House and views!!

This house was perfect for our first family vacation. Plenty of room so we were not on top of each other. The views are stunning from the House. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. Several of us could be in there at once and had plenty of room. Only wish they would add a Keurig coffee maker at this level of rental. Didn’t take away from our vacation but would be nice. The beach is so quiet on the West end but you are just a few miles from Pier Park. There was construction but we were usually up when they started. Did not seem to both anyone too much. My only wish (and I gave up the master suite because of this) PLEASE put drapes in beach front rooms. You CAN NOT sleep after 5:30am when the sun comes in. Any and every rental we’ve ever had had window coverings to block out sun in the morning. We want to sleep in a little on vacation. Still we loved, loved, loved the house.
