Inside, the open living space is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day in the sun. The living and dining areas provide a relaxed space to gather, unwind, and spend time together.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and TV, with access to a shared hallway bathroom. A separate sleeping nook offers twin-over-twin bunk beds, adding flexible space for additional guests—ideal for families.

For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer to keep beach towels and clothing fresh throughout your stay.

Scan a QR code onsite to register and pay for parking through the community’s Parking Attendant app. This is strictly enforced.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
