Wonderful get away!

This was our third trip to Rosemary beach! Perfect location. Clean, comfortable house. The whole family loved it and we were all sad to leave!

We’ll be back! We LOVED it!

We loved this property! The location is perfect to the beach, pool and into town. It was the best little vacation home for our family. We did hope there would’ve been a few more necessary amenities (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) but now that we know to order more we will do that for next time. Thank you for a gorgeous stay!

Great little house, very close to the beach.

Perfect little house, close to the beach, in a great location right between Rosemary and Alys. In my opinion the best area on 30A. Great bikes, great gates community. Walking distance to great feels options in Rosemary and Alys. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, however it could use an update to the beds and bedding. Great experience!

Not private beach - so crowded!

The rental was not very clean when we checked in. Condo definitely worn. Be prepared to have a crowded beach! Even though it is supposed to be gated and private. A shuttle came in and dropped off loads of people every 5-10 minutes from other places!

Last minute trip

Air conditioner was not working when we arrived. Property Manager quickly got someone to repair. Small grass patch by patio needs to be mowed. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location and great relaxing vacation

We had a great time and the location was great. Close walk to the beach and pool and a few really good dinner restaurants. The beach was crowded! You have to claim a spot early in the morning and set out all your gear. The section for residents who didn't want to purchase chairs/umbrellas for the day was small. The house has a hose to wash off the sand so you dont have to wait in the long line at the beach! Overall we had a great trip and would come back!

2 Beds + 200 Steps

This is about as perfect of a location as you can get on 30A. Less than 200 steps from the front door to our beach chairs. We were able to walk to dinner in Seacrest, Rosemary or Alys Beach each night. Super convenient. The beach is very crowded even with reserved chairs and umbrellas. The house could use some updates and upgrades but for the convenience and vaule, we would stay there again.

House was filthy and filled with gnats and mosquitos. Couch was full of crumbs and the floors were covered in sand. Looked like the linens were worn and frayed and the towels were not fresh.

Great stay

Beautiful property with amazing location. Super short walk to community beach. House is well maintained and as pictured. Communication with the rental company is very easy and they responded quickly. It is a big rental company so they have lots of paperwork and strict rules that they will not bend on but it was fine. Keep in mind the beaches in the area are all private and you have to stay within a defined small area that gets pretty crowded. We booked our chairs and umbrellas about a month out and had a front row spot so we were good, but without proper planning, you can easily end up far back with lots of people in front of you. The beds weren’t the most comfortable ever. Fine but definitely not great. I also wish they would provide a bit more toilet paper. They may it clear that they only provide staters for these type of products, but for the nightly rate it seems wild that they couldn’t spend a couple more dollars for a few extra rolls. Overall it was a great trip and we were happy with our stay.

Construction and a busy beach

Great house! It had everything we needed for the four of us. It would be better if there was a king bed in the larger bedroom. If you like to sleep in or spend time during the day inside the house, be ready for some loud construction. It occurred every day during the week starting at 8 am and sometimes earlier. That was a bummer. The beach was very busy also, as it accommodates not only the neighborhood the house is in, but also the entire seacrest area across the street. If you want to rent umbrellas and chairs for the week, make sure you get them early. Beach service is not included with the rental and can be pretty expensive daily or weekly. Tents are not allowed on the beach, but you can bring your own umbrellas and chairs and put them in the “non-vendor” area (warning: this area is a very small area and fills up quick) Overall a great house in a great area. However, wish I knew what the beach and construction issues were before I rented as this would have definitely affected my decision whether or not to rent this house.

A fun trip!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was steps from the beach and within walking/biking distance from most shops and restaurants in the area. However, there was ample parking everywhere we went should you choose to drive instead. The beach was gorgeous, but as most other reviews state the non-vendor section was small and filled up quickly. Nearly everyone there had toddlers so that kind of ruined the peaceful, romantic vibe my husband and I were going for. The big staircase down to the beach was cumbersome if you are carrying a lot of heavy items such as chairs. We opted to use the vendor chairs on our final beach day, and it was well worth it. That section of the beach was quieter as well. The bed in the master bedroom was very creaky and shaky every time you moved on it, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Since it was just my husband and myself staying here, we slept in the other bed for the rest of the trip and did fine. That's something to consider if you are planning to use both beds during your stay. To echo some of the other reviews, they do provide starter sets of amenities (soaps, paper towels, etc) so we brought our own extras to have enough for our entire stay. We don't normally have to think about bringing those items for vacation rentals, but I'm glad they stated that upfront so we could come prepared. Overall, a great trip!

A suitable beach house

To start I will reiterate my family enjoyed our stay. We had stayed next door to this unit before and we're excited to stay in the area. It functions for what you want it to but some small things here and there knock it down to 4 stars. Both beds' headboards creaked and you felt like the would fall off the frame. There was a triple A battery under the dresser in one bedroom which our child found. Upon picking up the tv remote downstairs when it fell down there was a container of Vaseline under the couch. The 40V battery charger was just left out. The outdoor shower handle is difficult to turn on since the plastic parks broke on the handle. The house next door and some others we've been in supply beach toys and chairs. Others also supply more toilet paper and paper towels. The communication from the management company was often automated and seemed to communicate the same thing multiple times, almost too often. They also don't use VRBO once you book and take you to their own portal which added to the communication inconsistency. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, like I said. And being a critical reviewer I just couldn't give the full 5 stars. Overall a good stay with great potential. Thanks for renting to us!
