Welcome to Sterling Reef 407!  This beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA BeachFRONT corner unit boasts amazing Gulf views of the sugar white sands and the emerald waters!  Enjoy the sights and sounds from your large, private balcony as well as the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, a 2 queen beds in the first guest room, and a king bed in the second guest room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Elevator woes

Unit is beautiful, well equipped,extremely clean, pool extremely clean, one of two elevators was down every day of our stay. Major inconvenience as it created long waits every time we left room. Also one of the bathrooms had a slight sewage smell the whole stay.
