The property was excellent, no fault to the owners there seems to be common problems with the resorts elevators that may need working out, we had to traverse down 19 floors via the stairs to leave for dinner and come back one night.

Location is great, condo well equipped & super nice! Elevators can always be a little long wait time at tidewater, but it’s mid summer & to be expected- not a deal breaker. I do wish check in wasn’t as strict, we didn’t choose to pay 50 for early check in but then when 4pm came, we were still locked out in the heat with all our belongings.. the door finally opened about 4:06 maybe. No major complaints. Had a great time & quite a bit is within walking distance. Fireworks were visible from our balcony & we definitely enjoyed that! Even our tent, as well as many others, were safe and left at the beach at night time, we just flattened it. Would stay again!

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, clean and just as described! We totally enjoyed our stay. The resort needs some impovements. The elevators are horrible. The pool is dirty. The condo is wonderful and the company we rented from (Four Star) is wonderful. I hate the resort can cause the owners of this beautiful condo problems. The beach chair service is nice except the unit sleeps 6 but only comes with 2 chairs if you rent more they are $80 for a set of 2 for the day. My rating will be great for the unit not good for the resort.

Loved our condo!

The room was great!! The owners really go all out to be sure you and your family enjoy your stay. There were many board games to play and beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. The room was perfect! The tidewater elevators though, not so perfect. Very long elevator waits.

Home away from home!

This was our 1st time staying at Tidewater Resort and we couldn't have been happier! The condo was one of the best (maybe even the best) we've ever stayed in! It was very spacious, very clean and decorated just perfect for spending time at the beach. The condo was steps away from the ocean and the beach was not crowded at all. Every morning and evening we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves rolling in. It was the perfect vacation spot to rest and relax! This will definitely be a place we return to!

Beautiful view

We are so thankful we booked this condo! The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We also loved waking up from the master bedroom with views of the gulf. I have zero complaints. I had read previous reviews complaining about elevator waits but we had no issues with this. I think the longest waited on an elevator was maybe 90 seconds.
