Beautiful interior decorating Roomie space the kids love the hallway bunk. It was nice to have two full bathrooms for a family of five and the view of the gulf is perfect! Even though the condo property I can tell is Old, Everything was up-to-date modern inside and the air-conditioning worked great which is something I appreciate when you’re at the beach. It even came with a soft pebble ice machine, which was awesome!

We came back two days ago from our stay and it was great! The condo was updated throughout and the decor was so beachy and cute! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need even for the beach. My only complaint was one of the elevators were down, so there was only one working elevator in the building. My grandmother is handicapped and she is unable to use the stairs, so that made it difficult. However, the day we were leaving they were working on it, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. Besides the elevator issue, I highly recommend this condo.

My family enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. This condo was fabulous!!! It had everything we needed for an awesome vacation, and it truly was top notch everything!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully updated condo, great view of the beach & ocean!

Our family of 4 LOVED staying in this beautiful condo @ Edgewater Beach Resort. It was very clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the patio is amazing & the kitchen had great appliances & all of the necessary things needed for us to cook a few meals throughout the week. The property manager was always very quick to message me back when I had just a few questions before our stay. The check-in/check-out process was super easy! We would love to stay again!

The condo was as described very beautiful had everything we needed well decorated and super clean when we walked in. On the other hand the elevators were down a full day horrible for people walking 9 flights of stairs and only one elevator all week and waited forever cause they were always full. Loved the condo and book that condo was very helpful on check in with the code

Enjoyed our stay here. Did have a few issues that were frustrating. We walked into a dirty wash cloth on the sink in one of the bathrooms and then found a toy on the floor as well as popcorn under the coffee table. Clearly, it had not been moved to vacuum. We noticed right away the sliding door was having issues due to the screen off the track. We called maintenance and they came over and tried to fix it but didn’t have all of the parts which was fine because the door opened for us to go out it. We came back from the pool and walked into the bedroom and found a puddle of water and a cracked ceiling. Called again and maintenance came out but didn’t nothing. It was the floor above us ac leaking. This happened 2x. Second time it got on our bedding and a pair of shoes. We went to cook breakfast and found the large right burner didn’t work and the pans were awful bacon stuck, eggs stuck even in the bacon grease. Could use some new pans. Final night loading up found the kitchen sink leaked.Also, not a lot of hot water for 5/6 people. We enjoyed the location. Someone definitely needs to come in and give this beautiful place a good check over! Decoration and remodel looked great!

Cute condo

This was a nicely remodeled condo at Edgewater! We comfortably slept 6 people (one was a toddler.) The view is great and we loved being close to the elevator on the second floor. The only thing I think should be noted about sleeping arrangements is that while the listing does say that the property sleeps 7, the bunk beds have a weight limit. The top bunk is to not exceed 120 lbs. The bottom bunk would be a very tight squeeze for two people. While we were able to make this work for us, families with larger children or older children may not be able to, so just a heads up! Other than that (which was no an issue for us at all) we checked in with ease and any issue we had was promptly and politely addressed by staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The Perfect Beach Condo

This condo and booking company were perfect. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It's pretty, clean, and spacious. It has everything you need including a great, full size washer & dryer, counter ice maker, two tower fans, beach chairs, toys, and umbrella, and more. We loved that there wasn't a parking garage, just regular parking next to the condo. In October, the parking, elevators, and beach/pool space were never an issue. The pools were nice too. The booking company was great to deal with. They communicated often with pertinent information. The one time we needed something, they answered the phone promptly and gave us an immediate resolution. The one piece of information I would offer is the quiet hours for the condo are not until midnight so it can be loud at night. It did not bother us and would not keep us from staying again, but if you like it quiet earlier, it's something to think about. Overall, this is the best and most thoughtful beach condo I have seen. Top notch.
