The views were incredible. And the space of the unit was incredible. We rated this a 4-star due to a rude staff member when picking up our pass, and due to various disrepair in the unit: a) Knobs off doors in kitchen piled on top of fridge, b) guest bathroom shower door won't slide shut, c) sliding door to living room balcony doesn't lock, d) living room coffee table top is off balance, e) left master sink doesn’t drain well — fills and drains over time. The AC didn't work well in the Master so we slept with the door open with the box fan in the doorway. Additionally, all sheets (Master and Guest) were very scratchy.FYI - the owners closet it unlocked. It was unlocked and open when we arrived. I know there is a sign on the door yet that won't deter little kids from opening the closet.

The apartment was filthy. The management company put the task on me to let them know what they could fix … what they can fix was ALL before I checked in, like conducting cleaning and maintenance. 1.All the floors were dirty.2.The kitchen had dirt and grease on the shelves3.All the furniture had built -up grime, footprints on the bed board.4.2 outlets in the master bath were non-operational and there were no tripped circuit breakers.5.Sink in the master bath clogged.6.Ball of hair on the bathroom floor.7.Bugs on the living room floor.8.The kitchen/cleaning closet – OMG - nasty

Great Condo - Edgewater Staff Terrible

Upon arriving at the front desk the rude lady without a name tag and refused to give a name. She also said they don’t know who RealJoy Realty were and then proceeded to just ignore me. To enter the parking lot they instruct you to put the parking pass on the driver dash, however they will still make you hold it up to get in. We had car trouble and needed a mechanic to help get us running, the Edgewater staff threatened to have them arrested. Also ensure you wear your wrist bands your entire trip (dinner, activities, etc). If you don’t have a wristband on when you get out of your car in the parking lot the security will hound you to put it on immediately. As you walk in the ground floor of building 3 you can see the tiles crumbling away. The condo was great and the RealJoy was a pleasure to work with. Edgewater needs some property and staff updates.

Great stay. Will return.

Clean and well maintained condo. Furniture in living area could use some updating for comfort but condo is as appears. Beds are comfortable and sleep well. Nice dining area with room for a family. Have been coming to Edgewater for my whole life. Best place to stay in Panama City.

Condo nice- Common area needs work

Condo unit was nice and updated. Common areas need attention. Elevators broke at times or being worked on, tile missing around elevator and other common areas. Pool tile on inside of the main pool was dirty and gave the feel that everything else around the pool was dirty. Pool chairs were dated and it's petty to charge rental fee for pool chairs that should have been replaced in the first place.

Management Made it Better for the most part

Overall we enjoyed our stay but when we arrived we were very discouraged as the condo was not cleaned (I mean awful didn’t even want to stay anymore wanted to switch condos). Management jumped right in got a cleaning crew there and apologized and made it somewhat better with a gift card. Just discouraged the first day.
