Sugar Beach D4 is pet-friendly. You must select the number of pets from the guest box for Pets to be allowed. They must be disclosed in the booking and all applicable Pet Fees applied. Signature Destinations Pet Fee is $225.00 and is in addition to any Pet Fees charged by Sugar Beach HOA. To add Signature Destinations Pet Fee, add the number of pets located where you select the number of guests for your stay. Below is the additional Pet Policy for Sugar Beach Condos:
• 4+ nights: $150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets
• 3 nights or less: $80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets
• Vicious breeds (Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid) are not allowed.

The condo was perfect for us! We were able to walk to eat and shop some and drive a short way bc of heavy traffic. I would make 2 suggestions. Paint the step going up to D4 door. Hard to see and a fall waiting to happen. Also put nonslip strips or dots in tub and shower! Suncreen and soap dont mix a it's another fall! Only big complaint was the tiny shower! Loved the location, decor, view, and beach walk!

Door code did not work for 3 days. Rear door was open when arrived. Pieces of trim at base of wall at oven was loose with nails pertruding. Closet doors falling off. 1 washcloth in entire condo. Not enough linens for beds, pull out bed. No storage, closets are full of junk. Drawers very cheap for keeping anything. Just lived out of luggage. Several other issues. We did enjoy the grounds and access to beach. Will go back but not using this management company again.
