Beautiful views and property was nice. We knew what to expect as far as the property itself as we have stayed here many times just in different units. This particular rental has a lot of potential. You can tell the owners put thought into the initial renovations. Cleanliness was an issue and while we honestly expect to do a little of our own cleaning when we arrive to a rental this one in particular took a little extra work. The bathrooms were an issue due to mold and mildew which we removed ourselves with cleaner we bought. The floors and countertops were dirty and both vacuums in the unit did not work. The couches and pillows were all severely stained so we threw sheets over them.The refrigerator and freezer did not get cold enough to keep all food cold or freeze ice packs/drinks. Another concern is the flooring in the dinette and living room is coming up so you had to be cautious when walking as to not trip or catch your toes on the areas where it is coming up. Ultimately we had a great time and this unit is in a great location it just needs a deep clean repairs the refrigerator and flooring. Hosts were very good to work with pet fee policy for the resort was not up to date as the rate increased from 20 to 50.
