Pelican Walk 212 is a BEACH FRONT three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo on the second floor with easy access to the elevator and stairs. Enjoy TWO sets of FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service on the beach seasonally March through October!
This vacation rental sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two queen-sized beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom includes its own Smart HDTV. Unit 212 uniquely offers 2 1/2 bathrooms and an electric fireplace. The master bathroom features an oversized custom tile, walk-in shower with a bench seat and plenty of counterspace and storage. Bedroom #2 has a 1/2 bath and Bedroom # 3 has an adjoining full bath with a custom tile shower! The updated kitchen is fully-equipped featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and seats up to eight guests. There is a breakfast bar with counter height stools, for added convenience.
The Gulf facing living area has plenty of comfortable seating with TWO leather reclining sofas. The NEW electric Fireplace adds warmth in the winter! Step out to the large wrap-around balcony for lovely views of the pool area and the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the balcony from the dining and living areas!
