Rossana's Beach House es una casa de nueva construcción en la popular playa de Seacrest, acurrucada entre la playa de Aly y la playa de Rosemary. Rodeado de interminables restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento, su familia siempre puede encontrar algo que hacer. Opte por caminar 5 minutos hasta la playa o suba al servicio de traslado de cortesía (funciona en temporada). Estás a pasos de la piscina de la laguna de 12,000 pies cuadrados.

Cuando llegue a la casa, tendrá estacionamiento para cinco autos y fácil acceso a la propiedad. Al ingresar a este nuevo y exquisito refugio de cinco habitaciones, cinco y medio baños, ingresa a la cocina, sala de estar y comedor de concepto abierto con un toque de elegancia costera que fue diseñado por expertos con pisos de roble teñidos de gris, pisos de baldosas importadas, mármol blanco encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos Kitchen Aid. El salón tiene un montón de asientos lujosos para toda la familia.

Encontrará el primer dormitorio de invitados king justo más allá de la cocina con baño privado. Al entrar en el segundo piso, al frente, ingresará al dormitorio principal "shiplap" con cama king y baño privado con plato de ducha y bañera. También tienes un balcón privado del maestro. Al otro lado del dormitorio principal se encuentra la sala de literas con cuatro literas integradas y un baño compartido. Absolutely wonderful 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the property. The home is beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living room, modern kitchen and the bedrooms were so comfortable and more than plenty for our team of 7. The house was exactly as described and provided all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The location on the house to the proximity of the pool and the entrance was ideal with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for us to venture. After a small hiccup with the grill, we called maintenance who came out and fixed immediately, we grilled 3 nights and sat to enjoy our dinner alfresco in the courtyard. We highly recommend Rossana's Beach House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely return for another visit!

Perfect rental for a large family with teenagers

We enjoyed the location and all of the amenities of this Seacrest beach home. The layout was perfect and there was tons of space for our large family. Our only complaints are there were no beach towels provided by the rental, or the management company, so we had to purchase some. Not exactly easy when you’re flying to the destination. Also, the furniture needed to be cleaned but overall it was a perfect rental. The management company was very thorough and provided us with all of the detailed information we needed. Everything else was great!

Beautiful and clean home - sleeps a lot

We loved the home and the location. The home was just across from the pool, and the tram was easy to get back and forth to the beach. Everything is walkable - lots of restaurants and shopping. Home was well decorated and comfortable with plenty of seating for our group of eight. Would definitely rent again.

We will be back!

This was the perfect house for us since we had 4 teens and 2 adults (and still plenty of room!). The game room was very fun, the pool is just across the street, and the house had everything we needed. It was even ready early. The self check in is great! I just wish we would have known how to get the pool bracelets since we were early, but once we got in the house, there were instructions on that. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Family beach trip

We had an excellent vacation! We loved the location and everything about the house! Loved the easy access to beach and restaurants! Loved the tram to the beach and biking around! We will come back for sure! Internet was a bit funky and we never got the smart TVs to connect so that was the only bummer for the kids not being able to use the movie room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Fabulous home, great location!

We loved the Rosanna beach House. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures. There was lots of room for everyone in our party, which included grandparents, a teen, young kids and a baby. The location is a 5 min walk to the shops, restaurants etc of Seacrest beach. It’s a 10 min walk to the Rosemary beach shops and restaurants. A couple of things came up during our short stay and the maintenance team was very responsive and very efficient via text. They helped us with the fire pit and heating issue in a very timely manner. Couple of nitpicky things: the floor was not very clean, the cleaning crew need to do a better job as our feet were very dirty each day; the pillows weren’t great and should be larger for king beds. Definitely recommend this fabulous home.

Wonderful Space

This is a great space for families. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment- we made our full Thanksgiving dinner with all trimmings. ONLY issues- we had to contact management ALOT for things we wish they would have been more pro-active with...bands for pool/beach, key to fire pit, access code to get in when we got there did not work, wifi code in email did not work.... Book for new guests needs to be better updated and email needs to match.

Wonderful Girls Tennis Getaway

This house was perfect for the six of us. It was well appointed and we loved the indoor and outdoor space. We only wish there was more lighting outside on the patio so we could have stayed outside later. The rooftop space is a lot of fun too. Great location for the beach and pool.

Great Space for family fun

Getting the wristbands for access to the pool and beach was frustrating. We we all so excited and able to 'check into the house' 15 minutes early (smile)......but then could not get a person to answer the phone for the wristband/parking passes request. Got them too late to access those areas that day. There was little to no pantry space to store our dry goods for the week. And the refrigerator was nice but with all of us, we had to grocery shop often. The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work and maintenance had to order parts and unable to fix the week we were there. Honestly......sort of nit-picking because we did enjoy this home and would go back.

Good Entertainment Spaces But Not A Great Value

In general, the experience was good. House has good entertainment spaces and King beds are great. Having a bathroom for each room was great as well. A few "problem" items that came up, especially for the price point being paid. 1) fridge door latch is broken and requires replacement (not more tape). You can get it to close only after using your hand to manually manipulate french door latch. 2) all of the outdoor cusions have black stains or mold all over them. They don't have to be washed every week, but once a month with bleach would be nice. We are in Florida to enjoy the outdoors, but really couldn't with the cusion condition. 3) Washer has black mold in it or something very similar to it, plus an oder. It needs to be cleaned regularly and clearly it was not or has not been cleaned properly. 4) Movie room chairs' reclining feature seem to be broken. Honestly, for the price point, there are much better options in the neighborhood. We probably won't rebook here, though we enjoyed our trip.

Awesome House

Been going to 30-A area for 15+ years, and this was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. Beautifully decorated, and everything was in good working order. Great 3rd floor rec space (indoor and out). Excellent amenities and very clean. Property manager was terrific and attentive — even replacing a toaster within an hour of the old one breaking. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary. Steps from awesome pool. Highly, highly recommend this property.

The property was just as described. The location was perfect—close enough to everything, but not close to craziness! Kids had a great time in the game room and movie room which were perfect on the rainy days. All beds were comfy and rooms were spacious.

Can we come back tomorrow?

We loved everything about this house. It is beautiful. It is easy to get to the beach. The community around the house is filled with great restaurants, shops, pools, and we loved the nightly band. The only negative we experienced was that the air conditioner struggled to keep the second and third floor cooled. The management company was responsive but was not allowed to lower the temperature to a more comfortable temperature.

Excellent House

The house is in a great location for Rosemary Beach. Well kept up and spacious. The 4 king beds, each with their own bathroom, is great for multiple families to stay. Would highly recommend this house.
