Clean and comfy

We had 8 kids in our group and this house was amazing. The triple decker bunk beds were awesome and one of the highlights for the kids. Sandra was wonderful in explaining everything and all the instructions were very detailed. We even left something there and they were kind enough to send it back for us! Loved the location between Rosemary and PCB. Donut hole was so close we had to get it several times for breakfast. Beach access was a straight shot from the house and easy for both families to get there and back with small kids. We drove out cars and parked but for those with a more adventurous spirit they might try the short walk. Thanks for an awesome stay in a great house.

House itself is great, beach and neighborhood not so much

The house and property manager are fantastic. We had minor issues with the AC and one of the shower drains, and the property manager can quickly to address both. The neighborhood itself is all newly built, similar houses, which are beautiful, but there is a trailer on the other side of the neighborhood fence and the drive back to the neighborhood is a little sketchy too. The beach was a disappointment. The water was a weird yellow / black color and there were so many biting flies that we left after an hour. We drove 25+ miles one way the rest of the time to Destin, where the water and beach were beautiful with no biting flies!

Fantastic Week

I highly recommend this rental. The house is lovely with lots of room. The bunk beds ( 6 singles) are very solid and good quality. Enjoyed outdoor fire and couch. Beach chairs , umbrellas, wagon very much appreciated. House was very clean. We drove to the beach and there is public parking there. Drive is just 1/2 mile. I would absolutely rent this again. Management was great!! 5 stars!!!

Beautify townhome

The house was new so everything was in great condition and clean. We had a few maintenance issues and response was quick. We thought it was odd that a patio set was put outside but literally on the grass no patio? Construction was still going in the neighborhood but nothing obtrusive. The beach was a direct access across the highway with a crosswalk.

Great house, the bikes are a must to go back and forth to beach!

Great trip! You do have to cross a busy highway to go to beach. So may not be practical for small children to ride bikes. But overall, perfect for my family of ages 15+. Loved the house, beautiful!

All the Amenities

We loved our stay here. Everything is brand new and set up with all the amenities! We especially loved the UGG blankets all throughout the house. Open living/kitchen/dining area is fun so not to miss out on family activities. Appliances are upscale and great linens and bedding as well. Very comfy pillows! The house is decorated with designer furnishings. We loved the 4 bikes provided the most and its just a 5 minute ride or less to the beach access. Perfect for exploring Rosemary Beach and little towns by bike as well! ***** 5 Stars!
