Great location

The location and property were great! The condo had the basics. We didn't have the appropriate number of towels or bath mats for our occupancy number. The outdoor furniture needs updating. The upper balcony should have loungers or more comfortable furniture than a picnic table (which we never used). Overall, I would stay here again. Probably just at a different unit.

Easy check-in process, mediocre unit

I appreciate Southern's online check-in process. It was very convenient. Pros: The view is spectacular and there was plenty of space in the unit. Cons: The unit itself was quite run down. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn't work. I think the latch broke. Many of the electrical outlets on the main floor didn't work or were loose. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We weren't able to get through a tv show because of it, and ended up using our hotspots to get work done.
