Great house in a great location. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Golf cart made it easy to get around. Had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at the beach at Christmas!

Was an excellent and quiet area to stay. Exactly as pictured. Had the best sleep ever! Close to the big chill which we really enjoyed. The golf cart is very nice. We loved the pool it was very warm. Communicating with the host was super easy. The home had many things we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone! :)

We had a WONDERFUL time! The location was amazing right across from the Big Chill, the house was clean, and the golf cart and bikes were an added perk we all were able to enjoy! The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect family vacation..

We had the best week staying at Sunkissed30A. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Having the bikes and golf cart included was an added bonus :)

Great little Condo close to the water

Everything was clean and no complaints. Lot of extra amenities like laundry detergent, stain removers, flashlights, wipes, dishwasher tablets, etc. lot of things if you forget it’ll make your day knowing they have you covered

Started at the Prominence the last 5 years. This was the best house we've been to. Stocked with toiletries, beach gear, games, kitchen utensils, bikes, and a golf cart. Super clean too. Close to shopping, the beach, restaurants, ice cream, ect. Can't wait to come back next year!Thank you

One of the Best VRBO stays

Lots of great things to say about this place. Communication from the beginning to end was awesome. Felt like a brand new place, clean, everything we needed. So many added bonuses. Everything you would need and want in a kitchen.Lots of keurig coffee pods. Large pantry, laundry room on 1st floor. Lots of games and puzzles and books to read. Netflix available. The bedrooms were great, beds were super comfortable, clocks. Bathrooms spacious with soaps, conditioner, shampoo. plenty of towels. Trays for organizing items to put on counters were a great idea so things didn't just sit all over the counter, hair dryer in ea bathroom. Everything you would need for the beach., chairs umbrellas. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The golf cart (LSV) was a great addition. Great location across from the big chill. Inlet beach only an 8 minute drive, was very nice. Was very quiet neighborhood and very quiet stay. I would stay here every time I came to this area. thank you for a lovely stay
