We had a great time, there were a lot of guests smoking pot all around the condo constantly. That’s not your fault, but fyi. Shower was a bit dirty. Everything else was good.

Get a Way!

Really enjoyed the room. Nicely updated. Beautiful view.Clean! Comfortable beds.Did not like that there was no cooking knives. Only a serrated knife and paring knife. Nothing to slice vegetables with.Kitchen wasn't stocked very well with utensils (knives, silverware)I was told there were beach chairs in the closet, but there are not any. You might not know that!I would definitely recommend this place to others

Didn't know that chairs and umbrellas were not included and as actual upset. We had been there 3 days without issues then all of a sudden on holiday 4th. We were confronted by a beach attendant that we had to move. Was ridiculous considering all the chairs were empty and we were staying there for almost a thousand dollars I believe that was completely petty. Especially since they take most of all the actual area of the sand. Then only other issues was you couldn't even warm a cup of coffee in microwave with out every smoke detectors going off. When I brought it there attention they told me to disconnect which I'm sorry I'm not comfortable doing that cause if something goes wrong I'm sure you would try and hold me responsible which I absolutely debate. Everything else was great just those couple things but we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return hopefully you rewrite that whole car thing

Anniversary Trip

Not too great. I’ll start with the little pros: the price was fare compared to other places. Easy access to beach & the room is not far from the elevator. Decor is minimal and cute.Cons: The place felt grimy and could use better cleaning between guests. Beach chairs Not included and no beach chairs/umbrella in closet. No dishwasher. Hairs on bedding, clods of hair in shower, & black hairs on the towels provided. Toaster barely worked. The coffee pot does not work. During our stay The front door blew open and then made back door blow open. The doors don’t shut very well/loosely shut have to make sure you double check they are shut. Because this happened I Had to run out of the bathroom topless to shut the door. Omg… Hardly any cooking utensils “not a single spatula” had to cook eggs with a spoon that was “really” fun. AC unit was loud and rusted very bad and leaking an huge puddle of water all over the patio and leaking over the balcony onto every patio units below it. It could definitely use some attention to these things.

Tolerable

Some things in the room were filthy. The floor was dirty. The air vents looked as though they hadn't been changed for months which is unhealthy. I would submit pictures but it's not allowing me to do so.

The room was comfortable and well prepared. The layout of the building makes getting on and off the beach very easy. Not the biggest unit, but modern enough and very convenient.

Excellent location, quiet, affordable

Beach access was great. Pool was small but very nice and private. Small complex but that made getting to beach and restaurants very easy because there was no wait time to use the elevators we could easy use the stairways. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. Our condo was small. Enough space for two people and it would feel too crowded with any more than that. We would stay again.

Overall Good Stay

Check in was a breeze. I will say, I forgot about the time change traveling so we showed up an hour early. Sometimes you’re able to check in early at some properties, but this was not the case here so keep that in mind. Everything was as advertised and everything was clean except the floor. The floor was a bit sandy, but we run into this at every beach property we stay at. The location was terrific. 10 steps out and you’re on the beach. We were within walking distance of Pier One Park and a very short drive to the grocery. Communication was prompt and helpful. The pool code we were given was incorrect but they remedied that very quickly. We also added a day on to our trip at a discounted rate in order to leave at night versus in the morning (we were traveling with young ones) and our door code was reset. They got that fixed immediately. We’ve stayed in many properties over the years and the availability to speak to someone immediately was the best experience we’ve had. Now - There is some construction that started next door on Thursday afternoon and continued on Friday as well. They were hammer drilling so it was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with one another. It also didn’t allow me to sleep on Friday in order to make that 13 hour overnight drive which made it a really rough transport. That particular room next door is not being managed by the same company so there wasn’t anything that could be done. So keep that in mind.

Nice getaway weekend

Been coming to PCB for years and have stayed at Continental Condos numerous times. Its older but it's right on the beach with an awesome view and a short walk to Sharkey's. We will be back!
