The space
Welcome to Chillaxin on 30A, a captivating retreat located in the best area of the 30A. This elegantly decorated haven is a chic getaway that captures the true spirit of the neighborhood. With its charming interiors and convenient location, it offers a remarkable stay that seamlessly blends comfort and convenience.

Step inside and see the gorgeous staircase that connects all three levels of this beach house. The first floor boasts a bunk bed with a full-size bunk on the bottom with a twin on top, but don’t forget the twin trundle for extra fun! Off to the left you will see a stately queen room with standing mirror and lots of closet space. There is a private bathroom with a shower for this floor.

The second floor features a private suite with sleeping space in a California king room, making it ideal for families and groups. Off this room is another private bathroom with a shower and bathtub in one.

The spacious living room with a huge flatscreen TV also doubles as TWO queen pull-out couch beds.

The third floor opens up into a giant primary master with another California king bed and a huge bathroom with a spacious shower and high-end finishes. There is also a to-die-for walk-in closet where we store an ADDITIONAL roll-out twin bed for all of your best friends and family!

As you venture out, you'll discover that the location is the gateway to both tranquility and exploration. The Gulf of Mexico is within a short 15-minute walk, allowing you to relish the powdery sands and crystal waters that define this coastal paradise. The neighborhood pool and Lake are just a quick hop around the corner, less than a 3-minute walk.

This home is tailored to provide relaxation and memorable moments, making it the perfect setting for your getaway. Your stay includes beach gear, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, a coffee maker, a washer/dryer, WiFi, Smart TVs, Netflix, linens/towels & more.

Drive 5 minutes to scenic 30A and enjoy Rosemary Beach, Alys, Seacrest & more. Walk to the community pool and only a 15-minute walk to public beach access. (Free parking at the beach)
