We stayed in July 2025. We had a great time. The room was as advertised, great for a family of 4, kids loved the bunk beds. Pools were clean and great for kids. Great location. I would highly recommend for families.

Great Stay! The owner of our room was great! Very spacious setup to the condo that allows for privacy for mom and dad! Having a tv for each of the bunkbeds is a nice touch! They had all the amenities & extras that was needed! They had washing detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, dishes & utensils, pots and pans, cutting board, blender! You name it. We replaced what we used & left a lil more, as should anyone! Great price for an unforgettable 4th of July Weekend! Would and hopefully will stay again!

Fun trip to PCB!

We loved the accommodations at Splash! The apartment was easy to get to and as described. We did have issue with check in. While we were told that check in wasn't until 4pm, we didn't realize that the front desk closed at 4pm so we couldn't register with the resort until the next day. This would have been a helpful bit of information to have but didn't detract from our stay just created some unneeded anxiety. Otherwise, lovely location and lovely amenities! Thank you!

Great Summer Escape

This is our 3rd time staying at Splash and our family loves it. Easy to get in and out of and it isn't overcrowded like some of the other condos. Beach is great. If I had one wish, it would be to put a fan on the elevators or some kind of ventilation it is very stuffy especially when it is close to 100 degrees outside. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay- perfect for families

I enjoyed the property very much! It was perfect for out family and had absolutely everything we needed. The splash bar- the pool bar had great food!!! Everything was wonderful.. we will be back!

Pretty good for a quick stay

The facilities and condo were nice and as expected. Our 3 kids had a great time running from the beach to the pool to the splashpad. I do wish there was a rug or some bit of carpet in the condo, bc after just 1 day the floor became unbearably gritty. I was a little disappointed that there weren't more options for food/groceries within walking distance. We had to use Doordash for most of our meals bc driving/parking was a nightmare and most wait times in restaurants were too long to wait with small children. But that has nothing to do with the rental - just the area.

Property was decent and loved the resort. Only negative was the ceiling fan in the bedroom was so noisy made it really hard to sleep.

We stayed in 505e and the unit was clean and furnished with all the things we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and accomodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Concept is great but for the price go elsewhere

This was our first family vacation. We wanted to stay somewhere with plenty to do if the weather wasn’t great the kids would still have something to do without being “bored” The Bed in the master needs to be replaced. It sags to the middle terribly. It also makes a horrible squeaking sound every time you move. The pull out couch has a foul odor making it very difficult to hang out in that area . The Balcony view is amazing!!! However, the door squeaks so LOUD every time you open it. The worst part is waiting for elevator service. There needs to be an additional 2-4 elevators to properly accommodate the visitors. After a long exhausting travel day or day at the beach standing and waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes is just ridiculous... especially when they have NO air circulation in them. It’s also advertised that there is an on-site bar and grill which we were looking forward to because after drinking on the beach all day you don’t wanna have to worry about finding driving arrangements. It would be nice to have had that option some nights . They never told us it was closed down either. Also the kids were excited about the arcade but found it disappointing as well because two games were shut down completely and one was rebooting over And over again. All in all we had a good time but feel that for the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere that could accommodate our personal needs and preferences better with less strict rules and more provided in the cost of the room. Having to Empty all the trash and remove all the bed linens for the cleaners while you are paying a cleaning fee seems steep. We will be back to Florida but will NOT be returning to the splash “resort” I use the resort word VERY loosely.

I loved that we where in front of the beach

Front of beach just how it says i loved are condo just lil things that i didnt like was that we had to buy bags for the trash n take it out and also that they just have all glasses cups and plates which dont look to good with kids, the water is not clear as the pictures they put up i had to drive 1hr away to clear water so i can get what i wanted to see the water clear as will i didnt like that its rite by public beach enters so really i can say i just payes to get a condo i wish someone would have but a comment about it being next to the public beach n i would have just got a real hotel room instead of the coundo i would had saved money .
