This is an excellent property with plenty of gathering space and incredible views. 3 bathrooms is a huge benefit for groups, so that was a positive thing for my group. The AC works really well so you will be very comfortable considering the heat and humidity for most of the year. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. The owners were very nice and responsive to all questions as well. You can tell they take great pride in their property.

Great Stay

Condo was very nice and very well stocked with what we needed to cook a few nights. Views were amazing!! The only thing I would say negative is that for what we paid for cleaning, the couch needs to be lifted and vacuumed very good.

Excellent Accommodations

Location is inches from the beach. You can feel the ocean breeze from the balcony. No need to even worry about leaving this unit during our stay. The grills on the property are required to be clean after each use, so get those steaks and burgers ready. I can’t find a reason anyone would be dissatisfied. The owners make the process so simple. They have been some of the easiest owners I’ve rented from. While they want you to take care of there unit, there was no pressure to be fragile with each movement. I have felt that pressure in some of my stays in past experiences. That said, as long as you treat this unit as you would at your own home, you will want to come back.

We love PCB!! The condo was amazing! Very clean. And the views were perfect! We saw dolphins, a few stingrays, jellyfish and I finally saw a sea turtle!! We are already looking forward to next year!

Getaway with family friends and a million dollar view!

We came to Panama City with our best friends & their family. 4 adults, 5 kids. The condo was perfect. The views were sensational. You won’t want to leave the balcony. The pool was great, the fitness center was great, the rental chairs were a great perk so we didn’t have to fight to get a spot on the beach each day. You’ve got restaurants, bars, grocery stores all around you, so you’re right in the thick of things. If we come to Panama City again, we would definitely like to stay here again & highly recommend it to others!

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderful condo! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Loved having 3 separate bathrooms!! It was on the top floor with incredible views of the ocean and down the strip. You could see the bay also. Very clean condo & the most comfortable master bed that I have slept on & I travel a ton! Elevators were pretty fast. Beautifully decorated- pictures don't do it justice! Very good communication with owner & they even made the door code my phone # so super easy to remember. That is a little thing that means a lot! Would definitely stay here again!
