Perched on the top floor, Sunrise Beach 2511 invites you to slow down and savor the Gulf Coast. As autumn turns the days mellow, you’ll start mornings on a wraparound balcony sipping coffee while the first light paints the waves. Step inside to a newly renovated open layout where the living room, kitchen and dining area all share those uninterrupted ocean views. With room for up to ten guests, this condo blends comfort, convenience and a breath of salt tinged air.

Living room 🛋️

After exploring Panama City Beach, sink into the leather sectional for family movie night with the smart TV and high speed Wi FI. Floor to ceiling windows frame the turquoise water so you never lose sight of the Gulf even when you’re indoors. Sliding doors lead straight to the balcony, making it easy to drift between inside and out.

Kitchen & dining 🍳

Whether you’re brewing a pot of coffee to enjoy on the balcony or whipping up a simple dinner after sunset, the remodeled kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The large island doubles as prep space and a breakfast bar, and full size appliances mean you can feed a crowd. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices and conveniences like a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Gather around the dining table for a seafood feast or set out snacks while you mix drinks; you can even watch the ocean while you cook.

Primary suite 🛏️

At day’s end, retreat to a king size bed in the primary suite. Open the sliding door to your own corner of the balcony and let the sound of waves lull you to sleep. In the morning, take your time in the spa like en suite bathroom featuring an oversized walk in shower and double sinks.

Second bedroom 🛏️

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It’s a private nook for couples or grandparents who appreciate a bit of quiet and convenience.

Bunk room 🛏️

Kids and friends will love the bunk room, which features a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle bed for extra sleepers. A smart TV lets them enjoy their own shows while you relax nearby. An additional queen air mattress is on hand if you need more flexibility.

Bathrooms 🛁

Three full bathrooms have been fully renovated with fresh tile, new fixtures and quartz countertops. The primary bath has that oversize walk in shower and double vanity, the second has its own walk in shower, and the third offers a tub/shower combination for little ones or anyone who loves a soak.

Outdoor space 🌅

Spend your days moving between the wraparound balcony and the beach below. The balcony’s lounge chairs and dining table invite slow mornings, breezy lunches and evening toasts. Watch dolphins play in the surf, feel the fall breeze on your face or enjoy a front row seat to July 4th and New Year’s fireworks.

Resort amenities 🏊‍♀️

Downstairs, two beachfront pools (one heated seasonally) and bubbling hot tubs wait for you. The kids will adore the splash pad, and the Gulf front fitness center offers an inspiring workout with an ocean view. Complimentary beach chair and umbrella service is included from March through October. Covered parking under the building means you’re just steps from the elevator, and grills and beach gear rentals make it easy to plan a seaside cookout.

Extras you’ll love 🎁

Garage parking in the same building (a rarity in PCB), a washer and dryer in the unit, smart TVs in every room and high speed Wi Fi ensure a comfortable stay no matter how long you’re here.
