Great place, great location and everything went great overall. The cleaning service was late getting out of unit so we ended up waiting almost 30 min to get into house. After driving over 6 1/2 hours it was a little disappointing.

Wonderful stay at Beach Haven 30a!

We had a lovely time at Beach Haven 30a. The home was clean and well stocked. Kalos was also amazing to deal with and very responsive! Would stay at Beach Haven 30a again!

Summer Family Vacation

The stay as great. Home is beautiful and very clean. Host was very responsive. The decorations were beautiful. The neighborhood was wonderful. The pool was great. Loved the entertainment at the Chill. Golf cart, bikes and scooters were a big hit with the teenagers.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at BeachHaven! Location is great, close to pool, restaurants, shops & the beach! I was very impressed & thankful for all the amenities and things that were included as part of the stay. Sand toys and chairs for the beach, bikes for a scenic ride, wagon for carrying all our stuff, and more, made it so easy to travel there and still have everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation to the area.

Awesome 30a Stay!

This was a great townhome for our family beach vacation. Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. The golf cart was an excellent amenity to use for driving to Deer Lake State Park. Kalos did excellent in providing supplies for the stay. Kalos was very quick in responding to any inquiries, even those that came about from my own misunderstanding. Walking distance to the Big Chill was very enjoyable for the family. We would definitely stay here again for a beach vacation.

Awesome House and Location

We are two single moms with 3 kids total and this house worked out perfect for us. The house, property manager and location made this trip one to remember. The house was decorated nice, it was clean and well stocked with anything you needed including small touches such as hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The property manager communicated very well from the time we got there until we left. He even gave us a 50.00 gift card to Big Chill for having to do maintenance on the golf cart the first day and that was without us asking or complaining. The property has a very nice pool and the state park beach is right down the street. There is long walkway to beach from the state park and parking is limited, but it’s a beautiful walk and the beach wasn’t overcrowded making it worth it. Great restaurants and shops are across the street with a great area for kids to run around and play. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful place, perfect for families!

My husband and I vacationed here with our two children (2 1/2 yrs and 5 months old) and my husband's mom and sister. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Love the layout and overall feel of the place. The pool was super close and easy to walk to if you do not feel like taking the golf cart. While the pool area did get crowded, we were still able to find an open chair in the afternoon when we got back from the beach. Also loved having the Hub/ Big Chill area just across the street. There were several restaurants to choose from if we did not feel like going out and fighting the crowds at other local restaurants, and my older son loved getting to go to Build-A-Bear. As far as beach access, we tried out the Seabreeze Beach Access and the Deer Lake State Park. The Seabreeze access was a short golf cart ride and is free, but lots of steps to carry beach gear. State Park is $5 for all day (unlimited trips) and $3 for one trip if you don't plan on coming back and forth. No steps, but a long boardwalk, and we preferred this beach to the Seabreeze spot. The house was beautifully decorated and had lots of beach chairs and toys/floats. Property management was very responsive. Definitely recommend this house, and we are keeping it in mind when we come back again in the future!
