This is a breathtaking luxury Penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms located on the top floor with marble floors and beautiful crystal chandeliers! The balcony is 38 ft long with a swing and table that sits 6 and the best spot to watch the most amazing sunsets. This is perfect for a large family! There is 2 large pools as well as a kiddy pool and hot tub. There is a gym and billiard room on the bottom floor. This is a very family friendly condominium. During the summer they have activities and karaoke. There is a Dollar General across the street and a package store. A public boat ramp is located just a few blocks north of the property. There is a$20 per car parking fee.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Went for 4th of July family vacation and it was perfect. Exceeded all expectations! Perfect spot to see fireworks. Host replied quick and helped with any questions we had.

Pictures do not do it justice, it is a gorgeous unit! It is an older hotel, but the penthouse condo was updated and so beautiful! Communication with our host was phenomenal, they were amazing and very quick to respond!
