Horrible condition

Proerty had extremely dirty walls and dirty rugs thru out. Broke door sweep on entry door where pests could enter. Master bedroom toilet had to shake and adjust handle after evey flush to prevent toilet from running. Also there was hair on the bed and dresser and a Post it note from previous occupants under the cover of the master bed.

Excellent family vacation area

We loved staying on the top floor. The condo is pretty new and plenty large and comfortable. We appreciated the decor, games and cleanliness. Of course the location is the best feature. Expert tips: Bring your own beach towels. Reserve the beach chairs. They set them up for you daily. Try runaway island restaurant. Ask to sit with a view of the beach. Try the 3d virtual reality ride at Dave and busters. Buy the tickets at the front desk (different purchase than game tokens) Print your parking pass out before you get here. Park on the 3rd floor if you can. Because you have to go to the 3rd floor of the parking deck anyways to use the sky bridge to get to the buildings. There are 3 buildings. Make sure you go the the right building.

Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed the property. It was nice having a door code instead of key cards for everyone to keep up with. Lots of activities close by, pool, beach, shopping, restaurants so no need to drive.

Good location with some small issues

First off I wanna say that overall our stay was good. The location was perfect! Right next to the beach with access to pier park which has all the shopping and restaurants you will need! Now we did have some issues during our stay. First off the listing stated there was a pack and play for our baby to sleep in. When I confirmed this before our trip they stated no the unit did not include one, I had to argue with them a little in order to inform them that it was listed on their listing, they were very good at communicating with me. Once we got to the unit for checkin the unit did not have a pack and play, once I again I reached out and they brought one the next day. As I said they were good with communication with me about this! Now one big issue was the lights, there was multiple lights that did not work in the unit, these included the master closet, the main hallway and the laundry room. This made it hard to even use these parts of the unit! Some of the rules at the pool are silly but that is not in control of the management company, it’s the resorts rules. We did have a good stay overall and would probably stay here again

Clean but not beachside

Overall our stay was good. The unit was clean and had necessary amenities as identified. Real Joy was responsive to our concerns while on property. The biggest issue was PARKING PASSES. We had to deal with Calypso HOA after. I wish arrival details were more clear. Also yes you have a gulf view (public beach side) there’s lots of construction going on so having peace on the balcony while enjoying the view (even at night) is difficult. Also we woke up our first to “Let’s Go Brandon” written in the sand, quite largely, with seaweed. Like I said public beach view. It was gone by the time we returned for lunch. Also tower III cannot use amenities (pool) on the beachside towers, so if you have little ones you have to drag them across the street to the tower III pool. Food was tasty at the HUB grill on tower III property

Farmhouse Chic on the Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Calypso tower 3! The condo was very spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean with easy access to the beach. A huge balcony overlooking the most awesome pool ever! Everyone was very nice.
