The condo was beautiful! Lots of space and a good view for being across the street from the beach. Its nice that there are 2 little shops right in the lobby. Check in was easy, rental company was in constant contact. And for parking, you get 2 spots (you have to pay for both spots) but if you have more cars you can purchase a parking pass to park right at the building. Just not in the garage. I believe it was 25 for a parking pass Over all we are all very happy!

The unit was fantastic and made a great home for our two daughters, their spouses and children and my wife and I to all be together for the week in a very spacious and beautiful Penthouse. We are owners at Grand Panama but simply enjoyed the temporary move up five floors to be with our family the entire week. Looking very forward to 2026.

Absolutely amazing!

The condo was everything that was listed and more. We had PLENTY of space to spread out, but also a central place to hang out. The interior was well-appointed and the entire property was beautiful. We were right on the beach and had access to two large pools. The registration desk and staff were quick and happy to help. We had on minor plumbing issue not long after arrival, and the property management team tended it to it immediately. We were located among many shops, restaurants, and things to do for the whole family. We were easily able to add on an extra day because we didn’t want to leave! Thanks again See Ya At The Beach Team! You made our stay very memorable and we’ll be back next summer!

Spacious stay, great views despite weather

Despite tornados and rain, our time was great! The house was spacious and well stocked, the views were great , the beach was close, and our family had a great time! Would definitely book again!

Rude and inhumane host

The host Lisa was rude from day one, there were so many damages existed in the property that I reported so I don’t get blamed for it. On the last day of our stay by around noon we come from pool all 13 of us including 7 children, dirty to find out water was shut off, when I called host she was rude and blamed on maintenance and told us to use lobby restroom which wasn’t working either with no ETA, after 4hrs when I followed up, things got worse and She said if I want to move to different place with water , I’m on my own. The maintenance team is asking to contact host, and the host pointing us to maintenance. After 5 horrible hours of struggle I decided to pay on my own for the hotel elsewhere and packed all our stuff and left. Losing 2days of our vacation! Horrible host ever! There were mold in bathrooms, damages everywhere, cheap appliances etc…

Beach Trip

This was an amazing property with tons of amenities. This property was stocked with everything imaginable- including a great spice rack! Everything you need for you first night is there incase you forget something! The walk to the beach is pleasant and very easy for everyone! The sound proofing at this resort was amazing also… we never heard a peep except when on balcony I would highly recommend this property!

Overall great stay only had one issue that was resolved. Fees are a bit ridiculous, should have just been apart of the the cost per night total but I understand everyone wants a cut of the pie.

Love the Penthouse.

I recommend this property to all. The owner is the best I have experienced since I been renting a room. She responds to your questions in a quickly manner and has a wonderful personality. Spacious and plenty of room for my family of 12. Clean well kept property. Just love it and the beach view.

12 of us stayed here at the Grand Panama, it was so so nice, beautiful views in all rooms, clean, I do recommend bringing a pack of toilet paper though they give you one roll per bathroom, but with 12 people we had to buy more. But would definitely rent again. The contact person for check-in and if we had any issues was super nice. All around great experience.

Had to call the See ya at the beach group. VERY RUDE!!! The penthouse was great. A lot of room. Parking was not great. We had 3 cars so I had to find a place down the road. But a great place to stay.

Cleanliness was a not properly done.

This is a good property to stay if you have large family. For us cleanliness was a big issue bed sheets in all the rooms wasn’t clean and had hair from underneath the blankets. Also door handles in the jack and jill bathroom wasn’t locking and door handle in master bedroom was broken. Owners need to concentrate on fixing and cleaning this property because tenants pay top dollar to rent their property.

Overall - Great!

The property was great. It was very spacious, and clean. The only “complaint” we had was that there were very few (bath) towels. There were 12 total, and we had to use one on the floor outside the shower because there was no bath mat and the tile was slippery. It was a minor inconvenience, and one that didn’t bother us much. In addition to the normal kitchen appliances, the unit had a crockpot and an instapot, which was awesome for us! Overall, it was great!

Good Experience

My experience was awesome. We had 12 people stay in the condo and had plenty of space. The downfall was the shower water does not heat properly, and few linens for bathing. The condo was clean but as clean as it should be there was wrappers left under beds and couches. Overall a great experience.

Not what is expected for a penthouse suite

Lights were out upon arrival. Bathrooms were not sufficiently cleaned, cleaners did come in and take care of that problem. Unfortunately, wife was not treated professionally by Terea, the property manager. When the complaint was submitted, excuses and backing of the cleaning crew were given in place of sending someone out to take a look. Dishes were insufficient and not what we expected for a penthouse suite. No wine glasses, no wine opener, no martini glasses, and dishes were very low quality. The decor was a bit dated and the place really felt like a large condo for party goers. Not recommended for a family and friends get away. Defiantly not a “luxury” penthouse vacation.

Perfect getaway for the family

The condo was perfect for a family (grandparents, parents, kids). The walk to the beach was short and the amenities suited everyone. We couldn't have had a better holiday at the beach.
